Lækkert sted. Dog lidt langt til indkøb når man ikke havde bil med. Godt med to pool’s, hvor den ene udelukkende var for voksne. Brugte ikke spa men fitness, som desværre ikke var med aircondition og meget varmt

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel durante un weekend e, purtroppo, l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la spa e la colazione. La spa è sottodimensionata rispetto alla capacità dell’hotel: nel fine settimana, con elevato numero di ospiti, risulta praticamente inutilizzabile. Gli spazi ridotti e l'organizzazione inadeguata rendono impossibile la fruizione e l’esperienza risultante è tutt’altro che rilassante. Se si sceglie questa struttura per godere della spa, meglio valutare altre opzioni. Anche la colazione lascia a desiderare, con un’organizzazione pensata più per facilitare il lavoro del personale che per offrire un’esperienza confortevole agli ospiti. Alcuni dettagli rendono il tutto poco pratico: non ci sono piattini sotto le tazze del cappuccino, quindi dopo aver mescolato la bevanda con il cucchiaino non si sa dove appoggiarlo; le tazzine per il caffè espresso non vengono predisposte e vanno richieste a parte, arrivando anch'esse ovviamente senza piattino. Il distanziamento tra i tavoli è assolutamente insufficiente, risulta difficile muoversi e riaccomodarsi al tavolo. La qualità del cibo è stata nella media così come la varietà. Il servizio alla reception è stato molto buono per cortesia ed educazione. Un vero peccato per una struttura bella così avere una gestione poco rivolta al confort degli ospiti. Nel complesso, per i servizi offerti, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è giustificato.

Per essere un 4 stelle S la zona benessere troppo piccola per il numero dei clienti.. Impossibile aspettare per fare una sauna, doccia, bagno in piscina... Ho pagato per fare 2 giorni in relax e non ho potuto usufruire di un giorno al centro benessere,sono arrivato venerdì e non ho potuto fare ne un massaggio o trattamento perché tutto prenotato e pieno sia per venerdì che per sabato . Non mi sembra corretto, se si ospitano 500 persone devi avere un spazio benessere per 500 persone... Asciugamani in stanza non cambiati, stanze con moquette sporche e impolverate, struttura molto bella ma pecca in alcune cose fondamentali

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel. Die Zimmer wurden sehr gut sauber gehalten und auch der SPA-Bereich ist top in Schuß. Das Frühstück hat wirklich eine große Auswahl und das Abendessen ist lecker! Kleiner Wehmutstropfen: Kinder dürfen nur bis 17:30 Uhr ins Schwimmbad. Für uns jetzt im Frühjahr total ok, im Sommer würde es mich stören da es sowieso einen Adults Only Pool gibt. Lage ist etwas außerhalb, ein Auto ist schon besser.

Schönes Hotel, ca. 10 Autominuten von Lazise-Centrum entfernt. Rezeption sehr freundlich und kompetent. Bar nicht freundlich und nicht kompetent. Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. 2 schöne Außenpools und ein schöner Innenpool, Sportmöglichkeiten innen und außen. Tiefgarage (mit wenig Plätzen), Außenparkplatz, schöne Zimmer meist mit Balkon oder Terrasse.

Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch war es sauber. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, lecker und auch der Service war sehr gut. Der Parkplatz war leider eine Schotterfläche und auch immer voll. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man ist jedoch mit dem Auto innerhalb weniger Minuten am See. Der Hollywoodpark und der Aquapark ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Simone and general manager were both as helpful and polite as they could be. Other receptionist very rude and wouldn’t acknowledge our existence. One in particular had a face that said “don’t approach me”. Very unwelcoming. We stayed for three nights and the bed linen / towels were not changed once. They gave us two tea bags in our room and never topped them up. We had to keep going to reception. It was very odd. The walls are thin… we sadly were woken up by a barking dog one morning and other noises during the night. And the bed… not the comfy one. If you want to go and get food in Lazise it’s about a 40 min walk each way. The hotel wouldn’t let us keep our rental bikes after 18:30… so a lot of walking if you don’t have a car and don’t want to eat at hotel.

The hotel, including rooms and common areas, was exceptionally clean and furnished to a high standard. The staff were all friendly, in particular the housekeeping team who did a brilliant job with a smile every day. The hotel is well located for a number of areas around Lake Garda. Would absolutely stay again.

Essendo la prima volta in questa struttura fin da subito all' ingresso abbiamo visto una cura dettagliata del posto anche nel parcheggio esterno. Appena entrati accolti benissimo dal personale della reception molto cordiali gentili preparati a dare ogni informazione e consiglio check-in super veloce . Pulizia condita comfort personale organizzato pronto ad ogni richiesta. Sicuramente se qualcuno mi chiederà lo consiglio con il massimo dei voti in tutto. Veramente uno splendido soggiorno in una ottima struttura.

O hotel fica bem distante da cidade, se você estiver de carro ou quiser uma experiência de ficar curtindo hotel tudo bem. Considere o fato de ter que usar transporte para sair do hotel. Achei o quarto com cheiro desagradável (de esgoto) e encontrei louça suja na pilha de louças para ser usada no bufet de café da manhã. Não posso opinar sobre a piscina e as áreas externas pois não era meu objetivo o lazer no hotel. Também não utilizei o restaurante para refeições pois estava de carro e fazia as refeições durante o turismo.

Das in die Jahre gekommene Hotel, entspricht nicht annähernd dem der Beschreibung und rechtfertig den Preis nicht, an jeder Ecke bröckelt der Putz. Das erste Zimmer hatte Schimmel, das aber nach Reklamation getauscht wurde am nächsten Tag aber schon wieder vermietet wurde. Wellness ist übertrieben dort schimmelt es häufig, was versucht wird durch gedämmtes Licht zu vertuschen, Hygiene ist hier ein Fremdwort. Wer sich einen Tiefgaragen Stellplatz mietet, muss sich auf eine Abenteuertour gefasst machen, denn rein kommt man aber wie komm man raus und von dort aus ins Hotel und hinter welcher Türe befindet sich was. In einem Land der Sonne sollte man zu mindestens ebenso von Aufzügen mit einer Lüftung aus gehen. Rund um ist hier ein riesiger Renovierungsstau und entspricht in keiner weiser dem Standart der Leonardo Gruppe geschweige dem Preis.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön. Leider hat man absolut keine Privatphäre da kein Sichtschutz zu den Nachbarn gegeben ist. Direkt vor unserem Zimmer auf der Wiese wurde eine Yogastunde gegeben, da hat man keine Lust sich draussen hinuzsetzen. Das Zimmer war viel zu kalt, die Klimaanlage liess sich nicht so einstellen , dass man sich dadrin hätte wohlfühlen können. Das Personal im Service war unfreundlich , man hat ganz selten jemanden lächelnd gesehen.

Simone and general manager were both as helpful and polite as they could be. Other receptionist very rude and wouldn’t acknowledge our existence. One in particular had a face that said “don’t approach me”. Very unwelcoming. We stayed for three nights and the bed linen / towels were not changed once. They gave us two tea bags in our room and never topped them up. We had to keep going to reception. It was very odd. The walls are thin… we sadly were woken up by a barking dog one morning and other noises during the night. And the bed… not the comfy one. If you want to go and get food in Lazise it’s about a 40 min walk each way. The hotel wouldn’t let us keep our rental bikes after 18:30… so a lot of walking if you don’t have a car and don’t want to eat at hotel.

Leider hatten wir 2 Tage keine Klimaanlage und das bei 38 grad , war nicht so gut . Das Hotel selber ist schön gemütlich und sehr ruhig. Personal und Service sind auch in Ordnung. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

We stayed here for our mini moon .. we rented a car and there was ample free parking at the hotel. Had a friendly greeting by the Reception staff and eas checked in promptly. Communication was quick and efficient on emails prior to check-in and the staff knew we were coming. The room and facilities were of a very good standard, the deluxe double room was excellent and clean. The location is great if you are looking for a retreat and Bardallino is only a 10-15mins drive away if you wanted to explore the lake and visit bars, restaurants, shopping and gelato! Only draw back or area to improve in my opinion is the breakfast. The eggs and sausgaes looked and tasted very sub standard and if you asked for a poached egg/ fried egg you're charged 7euro and even then the eggs came out watery (and we could hear another customer complaining about the samething) Eggs were returned, the bill cancelled and we avoided the eggs for the rest of our stay which was a bit of a shame, however, overall an lovely stay, if you dont mind avoiding eggs and sausages. The bacon was tasty.

Haben ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade bekommen. Zimmer waren sehr schön, hatten einen kleinen Balkon mit einer gigantischen Aussicht. Derzeit befindet sich das Hotel jedoch im Umbau (Bausubstanz wird renoviert) weshalb manche Abläufe z. B. beim Frühstück nicht optimal geplant waren.

Lovely hotel. Staff at the desk were lovely and extremely helpful as we did get ants coming in and they resolved it straight away. Breakfast buffet was nice with a good selection. You would need a car to get around as the closest town was around a 50 minute walk. They have a large car park which was helpful. We did eat one evening there and we were a little disappointed with the service as they kept forgetting us. Overall it was a lovely stay and would recommend

Hotel was great for a four nights stay. Location is a little outside from Lazise city center, but hotel provides free shuttle a few times a day to Lazise, otherwise car or bike (can be rented) would be required. Shuttle opportunity is great for shopping and going to restaurants. Staff is great & really friendly.

Essendo la prima volta in questa struttura fin da subito all' ingresso abbiamo visto una cura dettagliata del posto anche nel parcheggio esterno. Appena entrati accolti benissimo dal personale della reception molto cordiali gentili preparati a dare ogni informazione e consiglio check-in super veloce . Pulizia condita comfort personale organizzato pronto ad ogni richiesta. Sicuramente se qualcuno mi chiederà lo consiglio con il massimo dei voti in tutto. Veramente uno splendido soggiorno in una ottima struttura.

Schönes Hotel, ca. 10 Autominuten von Lazise-Centrum entfernt. Rezeption sehr freundlich und kompetent. Bar nicht freundlich und nicht kompetent. Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. 2 schöne Außenpools und ein schöner Innenpool, Sportmöglichkeiten innen und außen. Tiefgarage (mit wenig Plätzen), Außenparkplatz, schöne Zimmer meist mit Balkon oder Terrasse.

Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch war es sauber. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, lecker und auch der Service war sehr gut. Der Parkplatz war leider eine Schotterfläche und auch immer voll. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man ist jedoch mit dem Auto innerhalb weniger Minuten am See. Der Hollywoodpark und der Aquapark ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Op 2 a 3 km in het binnenland van Lazise. Kleinschalig hotel met 2 aparte zwembaden waarvan 1 niet voor kinderen. Super. De accommodatie ziet er heel erg netjes uit. Kamers ruim, licht, fris en schoon. We hebben genoten. Met de fiets in 10 min. in centrum Lazise. Grootste deel langs fietspad. Handig want Lazise is in het hoogseizoen erg druk met auto’s.

We had a great week here. Great locations. Great facilities. It's a couple miles for Lazise so I would recommend a rental car, but I would recommend that for Lake Garda anyway as there is so much to see! It's near a really good water park too so my child was very happy! Would recommend this place.

Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen, modern und sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, jedoch fanden wir den Preis für ein Spiegelei von 7 € und für ein Omelett von 8 € zu teuer. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sympathisch, vor allem Giulia und Simone. Erholung ist im Spa- und Poolbereich garantiert. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel durante un weekend e, purtroppo, l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la spa e la colazione. La spa è sottodimensionata rispetto alla capacità dell’hotel: nel fine settimana, con elevato numero di ospiti, risulta praticamente inutilizzabile. Gli spazi ridotti e l'organizzazione inadeguata rendono impossibile la fruizione e l’esperienza risultante è tutt’altro che rilassante. Se si sceglie questa struttura per godere della spa, meglio valutare altre opzioni. Anche la colazione lascia a desiderare, con un’organizzazione pensata più per facilitare il lavoro del personale che per offrire un’esperienza confortevole agli ospiti. Alcuni dettagli rendono il tutto poco pratico: non ci sono piattini sotto le tazze del cappuccino, quindi dopo aver mescolato la bevanda con il cucchiaino non si sa dove appoggiarlo; le tazzine per il caffè espresso non vengono predisposte e vanno richieste a parte, arrivando anch'esse ovviamente senza piattino. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel durante un weekend e, purtroppo, l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la spa e la colazione. La spa è sottodimensionata rispetto alla capacità dell’hotel: nel fine settimana, con elevato numero di ospiti, risulta praticamente inutilizzabile. Gli spazi ridotti e l'organizzazione inadeguata rendono impossibile la fruizione e l’esperienza risultante è tutt’altro che rilassante. Se si sceglie questa struttura per godere della spa, meglio valutare altre opzioni. Anche la colazione lascia a desiderare, con un’organizzazione pensata più per facilitare il lavoro del personale che per offrire un’esperienza confortevole agli ospiti. Alcuni dettagli rendono il tutto poco pratico: non ci sono piattini sotto le tazze del cappuccino, quindi dopo aver mescolato la bevanda con il cucchiaino non si sa dove appoggiarlo; le tazzine per il caffè espresso non vengono predisposte e vanno richieste a parte, arrivando anch'esse ovviamente senza piattino. Personnel très agréable hôtel très calme super buffet pour le petit déjeuner. Piscine et spa très agréable établissement très propre. Pour le restaurant je dis pas que c’est pas bon mais la carte est assez particulière et ne peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde.

We stayed here for our mini moon .. we rented a car and there was ample free parking at the hotel. Had a friendly greeting by the Reception staff and eas checked in promptly. Communication was quick and efficient on emails prior to check-in and the staff knew we were coming. The room and facilities were of a very good standard, the deluxe double room was excellent and clean. The location is great if you are looking for a retreat and Bardallino is only a 10-15mins drive away if you wanted to explore the lake and visit bars, restaurants, shopping and gelato! Only draw back or area to improve in my opinion is the breakfast. The eggs and sausgaes looked and tasted very sub standard and if you asked for a poached egg/ fried egg you're charged 7euro and even then the eggs came out watery (and we could hear another customer complaining about the samething) Eggs were returned, the bill cancelled and we avoided the eggs for the rest of our stay which was a bit of a shame, however, overall an lovely stay, if you dont mind avoiding eggs and sausages. The bacon was tasty.

I cannot in good conscience recommend the hotel. The air conditioner would not cool the room, the refrigerator was broker(they did replace it) and the breakfast was poor. Plus the hotel is run down and is in need of a great deal of maintenance. Should have chosen somewhere else.
