Check in was clear good English spoken Ask for a room at the back of hotel as main road busy and Noisy We only stayed for 6 hours as our flight delayed but suited our purpose

The room was horrible, the bathroom stunk!! The elevator was scary went down to reception and there was water running through the elevator they said they were cleaning upstairs and the water runs through. Only one sheet on the bed. Did not have breakfast because it looked do dirty did not want to risk it. We slept and out out of there

Excellent value stay, I felt really safe here. I’m glad that there are locked doors at every floor. I ordered lunch and dinner which is really convenient in this chaotic city. I suggest coming for grand Egyptian museum and pyramids for two days only. Cairo has 16th century vibe with a lot of honking cars around
