Cancellations and changes Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before arrival. Valuables Secret Beach Spot is not responsible for money, documents, electronic devices or valuables left outside the assigned locker. Guests are responsible for keeping the locker closed and safeguarding the key. 4. Damage and loss Guests are responsible for damage or loss caused during their stay. Secret Beach Spot reserves the right to charge the card provided with the reservation. The reason and amount will be communicated to the guest in advance. 5. Towels and property items Towels and other supplied items are for use during the stay and within the property unless expressly stated otherwise. Loss, damage or misuse may result in an additional charge, which will be communicated to the guest. 6. Visitors For safety reasons, unregistered visitors are not permitted inside the dorms. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or termination of the stay. 7. Check-in and check-out Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. Guest assistance is available from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Any late departure requires prior authorization and is subject to availability and possible charges. Changing beds Guests may not change from their assigned bed without authorization. Luggage and lockers Luggage must remain organized inside the assigned locker or designated space. Hallways, entrances, exits and common areas must not be obstructed. 15. Children and pets Children under 10 years old and pets are not permitted at the property. 16. Rates Rates may vary according to demand, season, availability, special events and reservation conditions. Changes will not affect previously confirmed reservations unless the guest requests a change to dates, occupancy or accommodation type. Mexican tax invoices A Mexican tax invoice must be requested by WhatsApp on the same day the payment or deposit is made. The guest must provide a current Mexican Tax Status Certificate, email address and CFDI usage code. Because invoices are processed daily, issuance cannot be guaranteed after that date.
