Stayed 3 nights

Absolutely the worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had. This is not really a hotel, but a chaotic set of 33–35 floor mixed-use towers. Even though we had already paid for our room through Hotels.com, they still charged us additional service fees, merchant fees, and parking fees upon arrival. We were made to wait until 3 PM, and then some random guy took us through a ridiculous “puzzle” process just to get to our room — entering through different doors, using mailbox codes, collecting cards — it took almost an hour. Without any prior notice, we were told we would have to change rooms the next day. The first room was supposed to be private, but they split it and brought in other guests. The next day, we were rushed to another room, which smelled like sewage. After begging for help, someone came and barely cleaned the toilet. That room had also been “split” into A and B sections, and in the middle of the night, strangers walked into the A side. Facilities were terrible — TV didn’t work, the bathroom flooded after every shower, the walls were full of cracks, and they even tried to charge us for a broken air conditioner remote holder that was already damaged before we arrived. They seem to be doing everything just to squeeze more money out of guests. Absolutely not recommended. Stay away from this place.

Rent this at your own risk. I had to change due to it being impossible to have a conversation in a normal tone in the living room due to faulty plumbing, making a constant swoshy sound in the lower part of apartment. Dusty, lack of glasses and utensils and the one there were are of poor quality and chipped. Windows full of handprints and smudges. A carpet in lower area was filthy as F. The futon was broken. Asked the people renting this out for a different unit, but then they said: All are already booked. But the mailbox where you pick up cars and keys was full of keys to other places.

Love the facilities: Swimming pool, kids park, and its convenient coz in the same building there are convenient store, grocer and diners. Didnt like the part that we need to clear thrash to the refuse area ourselves, although i really dont mind cleaning the dishes and cutleries used at all. Didnt like the part that there was only one small trash bucket and it was hidden in the kitchen and there was no spare thrash bag. We were expecting a sofa bed and there was only a bench, and not big enough for one adult to lie on alone. The water work was lame too. For the price we paid, I'll say I would not come again.
