Room REEKS like an ASHTRAY. Cigarette burn hole in the mattress pad could be seen and felt. Shower curtain FILTHY. Paint on hardware. No working fan in bathroom. Shower pipes SCREAMING so loud woke up spouse. NO extra pillows NO extra blanket and heater was SOOOO loud unbearably LOUD. We could not use. Towels soooo thin from dollar store and floor towel was so old worn thin. RUDE RUDE RUDE lady at the front desk. I asked for NON smoking she said “you booked smoking “ and would NOT CHANGE. I would have paid more to NOT sleep in an ashtray. The lobby smelled moldy. No outlet for hair appliance at the counter/sink. Only one available is next to the toilet, not at the vanity in the room. NEVER AGAIN.

Overall I would say that I had a pleasant stay there. The staff was very friendly, and it was nice that the property had plenty of parking spots. Honestly my only issue was that the particular room that I stayed in was not as clean as it could have been. But things do happen, and for the price, it wasn't too bad. I also did enjoy the very comfortable bed and the fact that it had air conditioning; which is a big deal to me!

There breakfast was a machine coffee from 6-9 am an apple and a granola bar for handicap people ice machiine on 2nd floor no elavator and vending machine was on 2nd floor but it was taken away there was no vending machine. to plug my phone in beside the bed and have a lamp you had to leave overhead light on if you shut it off lamp went out and plug had no power ,toilet was so small and low to ground i could hardly get up im old nothing was easy room was clean parking when we got back from show had to park across parking lot handicap parking was clear over by office .will neverstsy there again
