Hôtel sublime et hyper contemporain et moderne. Les équipements de la chambres sont juste exceptionnels. L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier très chic et beaucoup de choix de restaurants. Il est juste en face du New bund et proche d’un parc de qui est agréable pour les balades à pied ou à vélo. Le seul reproche serait pour le petit déjeuner plutôt limité et le personnel qui n’est pas à la hauteur. Quand vous demander quelque chose ils disent souvent non alors que le produit est là. J’ai demandé à plusieurs reprise du beurre normal et l’on me disait non alors qu’il y en avait. Et la table n’était pas débarrassée, les assiettes sales restaient là alors que le monsieur passait à côté de nous sans les prendre ou nous adresser la parole. On s’est sentis mal à l’aise c’est dommage. En gros l’hôtel est génial mais le personnel manque de formation. Concernant la piscine il n’y a que 5 bonnets de bain (obligatoire) que l’hôtel prête ce qui n’est pas hygiénique. Chacun des clients récupère le bonnet de l’autre client. Un conseil venez avec votre propre bonnet de bain.

The bedroom lights should be better improvised as it really hurt our eyes laying in bed, it shines directly onto the eyes . In my opinion it should be shined on the walls to create textures and a good ambience. Overall , it’s good just that we had bad experience with the lighting and hope it can be improved by their execellent team.

Had a great stay—trendy, pretty decor set a modern vibe. Staff were super helpful, accommodating every request. Breakfast had great variety and was delicious. The new surrounding area is comfy with tons of nearby restaurants. One minor issue: A mosquito in the room bit me a few times on my last night. Still highly recommend!
