Lovely 1-bedroom condo in Biltmore

House was cute and has most of what we needed. There was a few things they didn't have that would have made it better, like laundry pods, pot holders, and any type of cleaning spray/rags so we could have cleaned up after ourselves. We had no access to the pool the whole time we were there which was really disappointing. The pool is why we chose this place. I reached out and was told the key was in our room but it was not, nor were any instructions on how to locate the key in all of the messages they sent. A couple towels were stained and we received notice if we stained anything, we'd be charged so that is concerning because I don't want charged for things I didn't do. If we had access to swim, I wouldn't have worried about the other issues but all of it together made our stay less than we expected.

Nice little place. Has everything you need! Full kitchen, washer/dryer, internet! Very clean! Always #1 when i stay somewhere. Bed was very comfy!! Great communication with host!! Available with any questions but check-in and checkout was a breeze. Would definitely stay again if they have me!

We enjoyed our stay very much and here are the pros and cons. Pros. The place was very clean and stocked with all the amenities that you need for your stay. Love the sink. The location of the unit was perfect. Uptown, downtown, across town, it didn’t matter. Was a nice neighbourhood my son used to live two blocks from there. Communications with the host easy. We enjoyed the pool in the courtyard very much. We love the upgraded kitchen. Cons. How about a broom and a dustpan. We spilt some ground coffee one morning and it was very difficult to clean up. Some nightstands and a dresser would’ve been nice. Most of my clothes are T-shirts and shorts and don’t need to get hung up. Install some dimmer switches, All the lighting was a brilliant white light which was great but some people like a little bit dimmer lighting. There was no remote for the ceiling fan in the bedroom. The furniture in the living room was fine, but definitely could use an upgrade. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay there again.
