Detta hotell har ett riktigt härligt läge. Det ligger längs en privat väg med en fin strand och en liten hamn i slutet. Hotellets personal var vänlig och det är familjevänligt. Rummen är enkla men fräscha och rena. Det som verkligen sticker ut med detta hotell är dess trädgårdar. Vidsträckta och vackert underhållna gräsmattor, blommor, träd och buskar med flera pooler, jacuzzis och platser att bara sitta och koppla av. Utsikten över havet från trädgården och hotellbaren är fantastisk. Frukosten var trevlig och en högkvalitativ restaurang finns tillgänglig om du vill äta på hotellet en kväll.

Beautiful property but maintenance and management far from 4-star standards. On arrival, bathroom floor was wet, sink and AC leaking into the room creating a puddle — never fixed despite reports. Mold and cobwebs on bathroom door, spiders in wardrobe and shower; mold covered with paint and silicone but leaks persisted. One day the room was not cleaned despite the “please make up the room” sign; we were told “housekeeping knocked and no one answered,” as if cleaning is only done when guests are present. Dinner at the hotel was overpriced: same quality in Porto Cervo was €30 cheaper. Most unacceptable: €3 for 0.5L water (supermarket €0.30). A 4-star hotel should not charge for water, or at least not with such a high markup. Pool had few umbrellas compared to loungers, jacuzzi broken after two days. At check-out, called at 11:31 to remind us of the time while we were already at reception with luggage, no offer of assistance. Positives: some kind staff and decent breakfast. Feels more like a B&B than a luxury resort. We will not return.
