The staff was so wonderful our entire stay. They were very accommodating and helpful. They allowed us to fill water bottles and even made us dinner reservations! The grounds are beautiful, the breakfast is fabulous, the rooms are clean and the bed is really comfortable. I typically struggle with hard beds while traveling and I slept like a baby here. I absolutely recommend this small boutique hotel! We would definitely come back!

Amazing new hotel, only 1 1/2 years old and a true gem. Loved the pool/hot tub and breakfast was fresh and amazing. There is a chef on site every day and breakfast was awesome!

It's a great property to stay in if you're looking for a quiet spot. Very clean and modern rooms with patio's viewing a beautiful garden and a pool. It's walkable distance from the town about 30 min or you can easily get a taxi or ride a bike. Bike rentals are offered by the hotel. The staff is amazing, very informative, nice and helpful with all your needs. We stayed for 7 nights and I'd definitely come back to this hotel and I highly recommend it!

I was booked into another hotel and made a last minute reservation Pablo and Pablo, who basically manage the hotel, are the most professionl, ooutstanding, and friendliest people you will met. The whole staff goes out of their way to make sure you have an excellent experience. The hotel has beautiful surroundings. The atmosphere is tranquil . I was in a room with a balcony that overlooked the pool and courtyard it had a wonderful view of the sunset. Plus the rooms where kept in immaculate condition. The hotel itself is located somewhat out from the downtown area but they will get you a cab for 5,000 paseos ($5) and even pick you up themselves if they could not get a cab back to the hotel. You could walk is about a 30 minte walk to town and the whole island is safe.

El hotel está increíble! El servicio del staff es de lo mejor, son muy atentos y serviciales, solucionando todas nuestras necesidades. El desayuno es bueno y con variedad, las cenas también (aunque no había cena diario, lo alternaban con pizza y menú, que de igual manera era bueno). La piscina estaba fría pero el jacuzzi estaba delicioso.

Beautiful hotel located in a quiet area. It's not in the hustle and bustle of the main street with stores and restaurants. We walked to and from the main street and surrounding area everyday and at most took 15 minutes. You could also take a taxi if you don't want to walk. The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything. They pick you up and drop you off at the airport which is a great feature. Every morning they had a variety of options for breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is modern with a Polynesian vibe which goes with the island.

My experience of the hotel Ohana was excellent. We really couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The hotel was absolutely spotless and welcoming, but the best part and selling point of this place, are the staff! The staff are all amazing especially Joan the manager! And I’m sorry I don’t have her name, but the head chef was absolutely top of her game!!! Everything she prepared was amazing and top quality, but lunch was amazing as evidenced by the photos attached! Thank you all! Definitely hope to return during January/February festival time!!!

We really appreciated the warm welcome at the airport. The rooms were impeccable, and the breakfast delicious. The entire staff was really nice. Although this property is a little outside of town, we walked to the town a few times during our stay.

É um hotel excelente, novo, com tudo extremamente limpo e bem cuidado, pensado na funcionalidade com design irretocável. Estão muito de parabéns! As refeições são deliciosas, saudáveis, preparadas com os melhores produtos frescos. Alguns inclusive da propriedade, que tem horta e pomar. O staff é o toque de excelência. São pessoas que estão lá para fazerem realmente o melhor para os hóspedes, sempre com sorriso e cuidado genuíno. Estou absolutamente encantada com este hotel.

Hotel Ohana is a quiet oasis slightly tucked away from the center of Hanga Roa (which can be slightly limiting for transport as you have to rely on taxis). The property is gorgeous and the room was spacious, beautiful, and well amenitized, although there could have been more USB plugs and outlets near the bed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and you really felt welcome and comfortable in their care.
Hotel Ohana is a quiet oasis slightly tucked away from the center of Hanga Roa (which can be slightly limiting for transport as you have to rely on taxis). Excellent place to stay in Easter island. The newest hotel in town n only nine impeccable units w staff to indulge you. Very large comfy rooms and quiet surroundings. Bed so nice to sleep deeply. Breakfast is included n it’s outstanding. The number one choice to stay in my humble opinion. Go for the second floor suite.

Amazing property! Everyone here is incredibly kind and so attentive, the room was absolutely beautiful! The view is gorgeous, and I love that it is a small boutique hotel with a really focus on taking care of you as the customer. Phenomenal experience, very close to the airport, and very close to Town center. Would absolutely recommend staying here, and would stay here again when I return.

Celebrated my 40th birthday in Easter Island and decided to stay in Ohana. The location is a bit far from the town if you want to walk.but you can always ask the hotel to call for a taxi or you can also rent a car directly at the hotel which is a lot cheaper compared to the rental cars in town. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive with our needs and they even made me a birthday cake which was very nice. The rooms are huge and the AC was working great. Overall I give this hotel a 10/10

We walked to and from the main street and surrounding area everyday and at most took 15 minutes. You could also take a taxi if you don't want to walk. Hotel Ohana is a quiet oasis slightly tucked away from the center of Hanga Roa (which can be slightly limiting for transport as you have to rely on taxis). The property is gorgeous and the room was spacious, beautiful, and well amenitized, although there could have been more USB plugs and outlets near the bed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and you really felt welcome and comfortable in their care.

The staff was so wonderful our entire stay. They were very accommodating and helpful. They allowed us to fill water bottles and even made us dinner reservations! The grounds are beautiful, the breakfast is fabulous, the rooms are clean and the bed is really comfortable. I typically struggle with hard beds while traveling and I slept like a baby here. I absolutely recommend this small boutique hotel! We would definitely come back!

Not only are the accomodations fabulous, but you truly feel that you are part of this wondrful family, starting with Felipe, the Owner, Juan and Pablo, the outstanding managers to the chef and rest of the staff. They all treat you with such warmth and kindness! Breakfast is great and they even had Pizza Night! Perfectly located. The tours will pick you up and Hotel Ohana will help you with all arrangements! Celebrated my 40th birthday in Easter Island and decided to stay in Ohana. The location is a bit far from the town if you want to walk.but you can always ask the hotel to call for a taxi or you can also rent a car directly at the hotel which is a lot cheaper compared to the rental cars in town. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive with our needs and they even made me a birthday cake which was very nice. The rooms are huge and the AC was working great. Overall I give this hotel a 10/10

I was booked into another hotel and made a last minute reservation Pablo and Pablo, who basically manage the hotel, are the most professionl, ooutstanding, and friendliest people you will met. The whole staff goes out of their way to make sure you have an excellent experience. The hotel has beautiful surroundings. The atmosphere is tranquil . I was in a room with a balcony that overlooked the pool and courtyard it had a wonderful view of the sunset. Plus the rooms where kept in immaculate condition. The hotel itself is located somewhat out from the downtown area but they will get you a cab for 5,000 paseos ($5) and even pick you up themselves if they could not get a cab back to the hotel. You could walk is about a 30 minte walk to town and the whole island is safe.

The owner Paula picked us at the airport which was a nice service. Room was ready when we get in. Breakfast included. Staff are accessible by WhatsApp and were very responsive. Helped us get a taxi to places. It is also good to book private tours via the hotel. More enjoyable.

I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rapa Nui. The entire property is nicely designed. Our room was comfortable, clean, and soothing; exactly what we needed after a full day of touring/hiking around the island. Breakfast is offered—and the food and beverages are fresh and tasty. The chef keeps an orderly and clean space. I think, most of the hotels do not offer dinner. We were fortunate to stay on a night when dinner was offered to those who reserved early. I was pleasantly surprised by the nouvelle cuisine. Location: One has to take a quick taxi ride to town. Not a problem. Or, prepare to take a long walk. Should we be fortunate enough to return, we would definitely stay here. It’s worth it!

Hotel excelente. Atendimento primoroso. Destaque para Andrea e Pablo foram fundamentais para compreender o local e ajudaram bastante. A proposta do hotel foi muito interessante, são poucos quartos e com isso a experiência entre os clientes e funcionários do hotel foi muito rica. A distancia entre o hotel e o centro da cidade foi um pouco desafiadora, mas foi superada com os táxis disponíveis na cidade.

This property was ideal for an easy transfer from the airport. The property itself was beautiful, serene, clean and intimate. The staff was genuinely helpful. The property is about a forty minute walk from the beach, but taxi is readily available for the fair price of five pesos. There are a multiple range of tours that will pick you up at the hotel and you may request scheduling and pick-up via the front desk.

My experience of the hotel Ohana was excellent. We really couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The hotel was absolutely spotless and welcoming, but the best part and selling point of this place, are the staff! The staff are all amazing especially Joan the manager! And I’m sorry I don’t have her name, but the head chef was absolutely top of her game!!! Everything she prepared was amazing and top quality, but lunch was amazing as evidenced by the photos attached! Thank you all! Definitely hope to return during January/February festival time!!!

El hotel está increíble! El servicio del staff es de lo mejor, son muy atentos y serviciales, solucionando todas nuestras necesidades. El desayuno es bueno y con variedad, las cenas también (aunque no había cena diario, lo alternaban con pizza y menú, que de igual manera era bueno). The hotel staff is a gem in this place. So friendly and helpful. Every single one of them, special shout out to Valentina and Maura. The place is spectacular and clean with a beautifully manicured landscape. Breakfast is plentiful. Very close to the airport. Only drawback is far from town and need to take a taxi to go anywhere but the staff was helpful to arrange for transportation. Very pleasant and peaceful stay.

I honestly could not have asked for more, staff was the best!! Property was well maintained, rooms were pristine and it was like we had the whole place to ourselves with group of 7.

We could not have asked for a better experience and accommodation in Rapa Nui. The staff were incredibly helpful, the breakfast fresh and delicious every day. I would recommend Hotel Ohana to anyone traveling and would not consider any other accommodation were I to travel again.
