The staff was very very friendly and helpful. We booked the hotel for the pool and it was very cold and dirty so we were unable to use it. They let us cancel our second day free of pently but I was very disappointed we couldn't use the pool.

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. There were many things to do that were within walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean, and very nice. My only complaint is the pool. It was ice cold, and the hot tub was out of service. My little boy was so excited to swim, but was unable to because the water was too cold for him to enjoy.

I booked this hotel bc on hotel.com they advertised a picture of an outdoor pool. I booked the rate and realized after booking they only had a small indoor pool. I was really disappointed but I couldn’t find a way to change the booking without getting a fee. When we got to the hotel we found out the pool was closed and the hot tub was not even working .. false advertisement

Wonderful stay, very clean. Had staff cleaning and maintaining property every day. Very nice to see. Taking pride in the property. Only thing was one elevator wasn’t working.

Room had multiple lights that did not work and multiple outlets that were not functional. Air temp was much higher than the AC unit inside the room. Pool was murky and cloudy both days. Host made a poinnt to say the building is a couple years old and basically new which only makes those problems worse in comparison. Would not return.

There's a great putt putt place right next door with indoor and outdoor courses. At least 2 go kart racing courses literally on either side of the hotel. There is some noise with them, but nothing that is loud enough to keep you up at night. Pedestrian bridge is located at the back of the parking lot to cross the river to get right to the Island parking lot for a shuttle to the Island area. Super convenient. You can see the fireworks from Dollywood from the balconies on the back of the hotel on the top floor and the likely the windows from the back of the hotel at night. The only bad thing is the smell of the pool. The chlorine is very strong and I can't imagine even trying to swim in there. Additionally, I miss the continental breakfast. The restaurant in the lobby serves a continental style breakfast for a ridiculous price. We would stay again though.

Our room was nice and roomy. Appreciated the pullout couch in the corner. The cleanliness was lacking however. Our bathroom had a large amount of long black hair on the floor. In the trash can there was a makeup remover wipe that looked like it had been used and discarded. When my daughter opened up the pullout couch there were chip crumbs in the sheets. It was dusgusting. If it hadn’t been as late as it was I would have requested another room. The lobby had a distinct burnt plastic/chlorine smell. It just felt like I was breathing in toxic air.

Bathroom sink did not drain in room 320... It had a constant oder of sewage And when I looked at the trashcan in the bathroom there was old trash from the previous person. . It's more of a headache to get money back and find a new hotel last minute so I just stayed But they could do better that's for sure.. There is a reason I don't leave tips for room service and it's because it's usually half ass cleaned ...

Our family rented 2 rooms @ approximately $250 per night. Upon arrival and entering, The room had a funky, left over smell. After getting settled in, we pulled the sofa bed out to find fries, drink caps, and debris from the tenants prior. The pull out sofa bed did not have any linens and the mattress was worn with stains. @ $250/night- we expected better . Our family will not be booking with hotels.com or staying at this or affiliated properties again

Front desk attendant was sweet and efficient, but overall, the hotel was a disappointment. Very dirty elevators, floors, and hallways. Water station was empty in gym. Unsure if the water filter station was working as it should and it was dirty too. Was expecting much better for the price.

We only stayed one night here because we arrived a day early for our cabin. The staff was wonderful, kind, helpful, happy and helpful. The room on the other hand was not fully stocked, the floors were dirty and a lot of mildew in the shower. Overall we were comfortable and slept well but was put off by how dirty the room was.The location is great! Lots to do eat and see and a walkway to the Island and the Old Mill! The river walkway was the way we got around.

It is unfortunate that our room was not cleaned the first day. We had to go to the front desk for clean towels. The second floor seating deck looked as though it had not been cleaned in several days. It was a great place to end the day but ashtrays were full and cushions were in disarray, trash cans were full and seating was scattered.

This property was central and walkable to many of the activities we wanted to take in. We chose a suite because it provided a sleeper sofa and we needed the extra space. However, we should have saved the extra $$ because it was like sleeping directly on mattress springs. The staff were all friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome. The only other negative experience about the hotel was the fact that the room never cooled down and was uncomfortably hot. But kudos on great customer service and a wonderful location!

We drove a long way and on line it said check in was at 3. When we arrived we were told our room was still dirty and we would have to wait. It was over an hour before we could check in and staff was not empathetic

Absolutely awful from check in to check out. We checked in with a man names Brian who was extremely rude. He scolded us for the way we booked our hotel, refused to let me pay cash even though I chose pay at property, told me he was only charging incidentals to my card for $25 and then charged the whole stay to it. Fast forward to Saturday morning when I woke up to an additional $232. (This was also happening to at least 8 other people who stayed and were checked in by Brian , some customers have extra charges up to $1,500) when I asked the front desk about it they couldn’t give me any answers as to why our cards were being charged they then told us after hours it was a glitch in the system. I spoke with the general manager Don who just like his staff was completely rude. Offered me $50 at check out and I let him know more needed to be done since they were taking all of our money his response was “if this isn’t good enough you don’t deserve anything”. After speaking with staff through the weekend and our money still not being returned we found out it was not a glitch but user error from the rude man named Brian who checked us in. I had called the front desk on Saturday evening to ask for towels and Brian answered and once again was extremely rude he answered the phone with “what do you want”. Between the awful customer service and them fraudulently charging our cards the stay was pretty much ruined. We all spent more time fighting with them then enjoying our trip.

Between the awful customer service and them fraudulently charging our cards the stay was pretty much ruined. We all spent more time fighting with them then enjoying our trip.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The staff was so friendly. We booked through hotels.com and even though a mix up happened, the hotel made it right. They were excellent. The restaurant inside the hotel was so good. We enjoyed staying on the parkway, and walking to the island, and to other places. We will definitely be bookings again.

In a convenient area, but didn’t get the room I booked due to over booking. Booked a top floor room with balcony facing the road but they gave me a room with no balcony facing the river and I still had to pay the same price.

Toilet almost overflowed started at 6:30 pl. contacted front desk at 6:39. Took that 10 minutes to get someone to answer front desk phone. They told me they would send a plunger. I’m not really interested in working on the hotel plumbing. They said they would send someone to check the problem. We continued to call off and on until around 10 pm. Still unable to use the toilet my husband went down to the front desk. They finally sent a man. He came I. The room and put a plunger in the middle of the bathroom doorway and left. Finally I contacted Hotels.com and chatted with someone. They immediately contacted the hotel and we were finally able to move to another room. This wasn’t a very pleasant experience. Thanks to Hotel.com we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip.

We had such a good time for the amount of time we were there. The front desk guys were very helpful and informative! We will definitely be back! It was a huge plus that we were able to walk from the room to the island.

There's a great putt putt place right next door with indoor and outdoor courses. At least 2 go kart racing courses literally on either side of the hotel. There is some noise with them, but nothing that is loud enough to keep you up at night. Pedestrian bridge is located at the back of the parking lot to cross the river to get right to the Island parking lot for a shuttle to the Island area. Super convenient. You can see the fireworks from Dollywood from the balconies on the back of the hotel on the top floor and the likely the windows from the back of the hotel at night. The only bad thing is the smell of the pool. The chlorine is very strong and I can't imagine even trying to swim in there. Additionally, I miss the continental breakfast. The restaurant in the lobby serves a continental style breakfast for a ridiculous price. We would stay again though.

The staff is great and it was clean. The breakfast is not good and I highly recommend eating elsewhere. The outdoor patio never had the fire on and wasn’t really cared for. The unlimited hot coffee always available at front area was a great plus. This is a 3 star hotel not 4 star, but it was family oriented, clean, convenient and quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The staff was very very friendly and helpful. We booked the hotel for the pool and it was very cold and dirty so we were unable to use it. They let us cancel our second day free of pently but I was very disappointed we couldn't use the pool.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Good lighting in the bathroom. Close to everything in pigeon Forge. I didn’t like paying for the breakfast that is usually included in other hotels, but I knew that was the case before I booked this hotel. The breakfast food that is offered is definitely not worth the money you have to pay. I would definitely stay here again, just not waste my money on the breakfast.

The room was very nice and accommodating. My Aunt is 93 and it was just what we needed to help with her. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was wonderful.

Nice facilities. Overly expensive poor breakfast buffet. Cold food and not well stocked. This kind of breakfast is included with room at other hotels of this type. Felt like we were ripped off. I complained to front desk and they offered nothing.

We really enjoyed staying here! We had breakfast there one morning and it was pretty good! Simple buffet! We got coffee every morning tho!!! Yum! We absolutely loved the location. It was very convenient. We went to Dollywood and it wasn’t far and then when we wanted to go out to eat it wasn’t far either. Perfect place in my opinion.

The bed sloped to the outside on both sides. The shower had very low pressure.I could have got the breakfast in advance for $22/day for two of us. Instead I paid there: $40! It wasn't worth $20. There are so many good breakfast restaurants nearby, I would never eat there either way. Of course the one business computer they had went out of order the 2nd day. The location is fantastic.

The stay was good, I would book it again. The only thing is I thought breakfast was included and at check in I was not told anything about breakfast, so I embarrassed myself when I barged into the breakfast hall making food without a food ticket.
