WoodSpring Suites Ashland - Richmond North

The staff kept one of our party guests waiting for 2 hrs at the front desk before determining that the room was overbook and not available to us, and they did not make an effort to find a replacement option for us and him.

I was charged $50 for my pet. I mentioned that it says deposit $50 but i was told that the charge was $50. Also kitchen in room was totally empty. No plates, glasses or any cookware. There was no coffee in the morning or at night downsrairs. No hair dryer in room. I really was expecting better than this. The ad says charge for pet $5.00 not $50. We wont be staying there ever again. Ripoff.

First room had sticky floors, dirty toilet, and the toilet wouldn’t flush so asked for a second room. The second room had small cockroaches, food on the floor, hair on the floor, stale smells with windows open. Cigarette smell throughout the hotel. Vomit in the parking lot. Awful, ending up leaving without a refund and found another hotel. Worst experience ever!

Floors were dirty. Smell was very unpleasant. Blankets are old and stained
