Nicely appointed with kitchen, two TV’s, modern bathroom. Great Palermo location. Online check in with excellent instructions from the host. Only negative was some street noise as apartment is on 1st floor, close to street. Definitely would stay again and recommend.

The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk from soho area. Clean and spacious. Great check-in procedure. Lots of hot water with good pressure. Bed is comfortable. The shower is very narrow 17". If you you are big you will have a difficult time taking a shower. There is a lot of street noise and the apartment is directly above a elementary school. No sleeping past 7:30 on school days.

Great location, super comfortable, staff was great, very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Amazing accommodation for a couple, they even have electrical outlets/plugs for all type of connections, which a great asset in a room in Argentina They made feel like we were at home

I had the best time! The apartment was in a great location. It wasxalso beautifully appointed, very comfortable, secure and had great access. Nahir, the host, could not have been more helpful and kept in touch for the duration of my stay. Would recommend the accomodation to anyone.

Nahir was very responsive and helpful- the best! The service staff were also great. The location was good but if you plan to use the subway it is about 25 min walk away. The studios were a good size for 2 people but noisy at night and despite darkening shades the traffic light came through. If you are a light sleeper a room at the back might be better. The linens could be updated and I think the duvets really need a cover- hard to keep them clean without one. Thanks Nahir!

I loved this apartment. Clean, modern, very nice decoration. The location is awesome to grab a bite and go shopping. Local culture at its best, especially regarding restaurants and bars. The host was great. I'll be back :)

Foi uma ótima experiência. O apartamento é ótimo, amplo e super atendeu nossas expectativas. Vale dizer apenas que está localizado ao lado de uma escola, então para quem precisa trabalhar durante a semana pode ser um pouco desconfortável. Também não há limpeza diária como num hotel. Mas para uma viagem de FDS estendida foi ótimo estar lá.

Foi uma ótima experiência. O apartamento é ótimo, amplo e super atendeu nossas expectativas. Vale dizer apenas que está localizado ao lado de uma escola, então para quem precisa trabalhar durante a semana pode ser um pouco desconfortável. Também não há limpeza diária como num hotel. This place and the host are THE.bomb.com When the time came to arrive to our initial destination, Lucia was more than gracious enough to provide assistance with airport transfers, a safe and nearby money exchange and tons of recommendations!! Don't hesitate this place is awesome and it's close to tons of great eateries!

Estadia excelente. Todo o processo de check in e out foi muito rapido, sendo atendido imediatamente e todas as nossas necessidades foram prontamente atendidas, inclusive ficar com as malas até o final do dia pós saida. O apto é exatamente como nas fotos. Voltaremos com certeza.

Perfectly located in a quiet part of Palermo. Access to everything: fruit shop, butcher, and cafe right across the street. Groceries around the corner and world class restaurants within walking distance/ Great staff who helped us at every turn. I will come back to this place.

The contact we amazing. She was very helpful and responsive to questions in a timely manner. It felt like I live there. The place is walking distance from multiple popular cafes, restaurants, bars, night clubs, local stores for basic needs.

Perfectly located in a quiet part of Palermo. Access to everything: fruit shop, butcher, and cafe right across the street. Groceries around the corner and world class restaurants within walking distance/ Great staff who helped us at every turn. I will come back to this place.

Localização excelente , lugar silencioso . O espaço atende confortavelmente 2 pessoas adultas , tem mais um sofá cama na sala que atende uma terceira pessoa . Super indico essa hospedagem

Departamento totalmente cumplidor. Limpio, lindo, moderno, bien equipado, a un precio muy lógico. La zona es linda, está muy cerca del CAS de la Embajada de EEUU La anfitriona super amable. Muy buen producto por un precio más que lógico. Gracias

Good apartment with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. I was staying in a room facing the street which was very noisy during the night, not great for light sleepers unfortunately

It was a nice stay and the location was fairly good. Keep in mind it is a bit of a walk or uber ride to the nicer cafes and other points of interest in Palermo. The most important thing to know about this stay is that it is quite noisy. There is a school or daycare centerer that starts very early in the morning and you will hear kids yelling, shouting, and playing starting before 8am. Even with a sound machine it was very loud. There were also parties in the afternoon and evening in the complex, so if you are looking to sleep in at all or take naps in the afternoon probably consider staying somewhere else.
