Regarda - Residenza GJ - G floor modern onebedroom apartment with roof terrace

The property was great. It is managed by an agency, very helpful staff. The check in must be done until 19:00 so you can pick up your keys, then the program of the agency closes. The key must be picked up from another location than the address of the apartment. They must be picked up from the agency address, which is not very close to the apartment, but also not that far. We arrived late and had problems with connectivity in that day, but the staff helped us and done the online check in for us so we can pick up the keys and check in the apartment. Very helpful, thank you! The apartment is very well kept, clean, you have everything you need. The location is great, close to a local beach, very close to Gardaland, it has a terrace with a nice lake view, which is shared with the rest of the apartments but we stayed for 5 days and we were the only ones on the terrace. So it was not crowded. Very quiet zone in the night, slept very well through the night. In the daytime there is noise because the street/a close by property is in renovation, but no problem for us because we visited all day and come back only late in the evening. We had a very good stay at this apartment and a great vacation.

Wspaniały taras na dachu budynku. Darmowy parking w pobliżu.

Accès parking /appartement très appréciable. Par contre emplacement centrale pour restaurant et magasin . Appartement décoré avec qualité et surtout silencieux . La machine à laver est appréciable.

Es gab ein Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein Schlafsofa im Küchen-Essbereich, welches aber sehr schnell knarrscht. Allgemein war alles sauber und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Sehr zu Empfehlen ist die Dachterrasse, von der man einen tollen Blick über den Gardasee hat und abends einen schönen Sonnenuntergang genießen kann.
