Pros: Very nice space. The gas fireplace was nice to have. Cons: 1) Due to windy conditions during our stay, the damper for the exhaust vent was continually clanging day and night. This was annoying. 2) Due to stormy conditions, the building’s garage was closed when flood gates had to be installed due to flooding adjacent to the building. 3) The water temperature of the roof top pool was very cold; the indoor pool was heated, but is only 4 1/2’ deep at the deep end., 4) You need new batteries in the candles in the primary bedroom., 5) The handle on the cheese grater was broken. 6) on Friday and Saturday nights, you could hear people and music from the Rusty Rudder’s outdoor bar. If you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue.

Wonderful stay! Can’t beat the location in Dewey - easy uber or nice long walk to Rehoboth. Condo was beautiful - well stocked with the essentials. We loved hanging on the deck in the evenings and watching the craziness below. Access to the pool was an amazing bonus we didn’t even plan on using initially - we ended up spending many hours there. Would absolutely stay here again for a Dewey vacation.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely well-appointed condo to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location was near many places within walking distance and the views were spectacular. Easy to communicate with the host and we were able to bring our children (fur babies) with us which was what we wanted. We will definitely be going back soon!!

This was our 2nd time staying at this cery well-appointed condo in the perfect location. We stayed in the off season and decided to stay in high season. This place does not disappoint. The condo has everything you need plus more. We were comfortable. Our pup was too. We didnt need to move our car as the jolly trolley picks up and drops off roght there. We rented a pontoon boat just off the pier. We grabbed lunch foe the boat off the same pier. We took a sunset cruise from the same pier. We walked to breakfast. We grabbed coffee from a few blocks away. We loved the outdoor pool. Everything is right there. Bayside beach is right there. Ocean side beach it jusy across the street. If you want to party a club, it's next door. If you want to watch the club goers you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the show. We wi definitely return again and again.

This property was perfect for our trip in every way. The property itself was great. Wonderful accommodations, very clean, perfectly located. I parked my car and never had to move it once. Walking distance to the beach, multiple restaurants and the trolley to Rehoboth stopped directly outside. The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and well appointed. The only issue someone may have is that the bar across the street has nightly bands playing and they can be heard clearly in the master bedroom. I was ok because they ended at 11 most nights but on Thursday it was 1:30am. I’m a reader so I read through it until it was over. Otherwise everything was perfect. Will definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

We loved this place! Decor was sophisticated and elegant. Lots of space for two couples and a dog. Fully equipped kitchen - we all love to cook! Private and walking distance to many restaurants. We especially loved the view of the bay and the ocean from the deck!

What a great getaway! We’ve vacationed in DB for years and just love this town. The condo is comfy, super clean, and nicely furnished. Balcony makes all the difference for functionality. Pool is a nice treat after the beach. Property owners aim to please and were extremely responsive to our requests and questions.

Excellent, logical check-in instructions. Covered parking spot was a great perk. The space is clean, well-equipped, and the view from the balcony is great. You can't beat that view and location. We wanted a quiet mid-week retreat, and that's what we got :)

First time visiting the coast of Delaware and it did not disappoint. Condo is located one block away from the beach so very easy walk and access to the beach. The condo was very spacious and very welcoming felt like home away from home.

We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the dining and sitting areas were a comfy place for the four of us to visit. It was also just a few minutes walk to the beach. The only thing we didn't love was that we were across from the most popular bar in town, and the partying didn't stop until late. It won't stop us from returning because it wasn't overwhelmingly loud, and it was interesting to watch the comings and goings from the balcony.

My friend & I had a fabulous time. The Condo is lovely & the location is perfect. The Condo was well supplied with everything one would need for a short or lengthy vacation. We liked it so well we have already booked it for the month of October. Thank you, John & Robin! You were great!

Excellent, logical check-in instructions. Covered parking spot was a great perk. The space is clean, well-equipped, and the view from the balcony is great. You can't beat that view and location. We wanted a quiet mid-week retreat, and that's what we got :)

We loved staying at this condo! It was like home away from home. Beautiful view and great location between the bay and ocean. The beds were super comfortable and just an overall great place to stay. Communication with owners was super easy and the place was immaculate. Would love to stay again during the in-season months where more restaurants are open daily. Loved walking right across the street to the beach and the volleyball court outside the building. Super easy checkout process was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay! Can’t beat the location in Dewey - easy uber or nice long walk to Rehoboth. Condo was beautiful - well stocked with the essentials. We loved hanging on the deck in the evenings and watching the craziness below. Access to the pool was an amazing bonus we didn’t even plan on using initially - we ended up spending many hours there. Would absolutely stay here again for a Dewey vacation.

First time visiting the coast of Delaware and it did not disappoint. Condo is located one block away from the beach so very easy walk and access to the beach. The condo was very spacious and very welcoming felt like home away from home.

This was our 2nd time staying at this cery well-appointed condo in the perfect location. We stayed in the off season and decided to stay in high season. This place does not disappoint. The condo has everything you need plus more. We were comfortable. Our pup was too. We didnt need to move our car as the jolly trolley picks up and drops off roght there. We rented a pontoon boat just off the pier. We grabbed lunch foe the boat off the same pier. We took a sunset cruise from the same pier. We walked to breakfast. We grabbed coffee from a few blocks away. We loved the outdoor pool. Everything is right there. Bayside beach is right there. Ocean side beach it jusy across the street. If you want to party a club, it's next door. If you want to watch the club goers you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the show. We wi definitely return again and again.

Good location, close to restaurants, ocean, bay and Rehobeth Beach. Clean and many extra amenities included- even an “in case you forget box.” Sorry we only had a weekend.

We loved this place! Decor was sophisticated and elegant. Lots of space for two couples and a dog. Fully equipped kitchen - we all love to cook! Private and walking distance to many restaurants. We especially loved the view of the bay and the ocean from the deck!

We will definitely return! The condo is very nice, clean and has everything you could need. The location is excellent. We were bayside with beach , restaurants rifht there. The beach is 1 block across the street. Easy peasy. You cannot go wrong.

We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the dining and sitting areas were a comfy place for the four of us to visit. It was also just a few minutes walk to the beach. The only thing we didn't love was that we were across from the most popular bar in town, and the partying didn't stop until late. It won't stop us from returning because it wasn't overwhelmingly loud, and it was interesting to watch the comings and goings from the balcony.

Perfect location and the Dewey beaches were beautiful. Great restaurants nearby. The view from the balcony was great, I could see both the bay and the beach.The kitchen was very well stocked with any kind of pan or plates that might be needed.If you are a coffee drinker there are many ways set up to make coffee or espresso.Would highly recommend.

I had the most beautiful time during my stay in the condo. The entire property including the condo that I stayed in was very clean, during the time I stayed which was the second week of April 2026; so it was very quiet, there was not a lot of traffic and there were not a lot of guests during the time we stayed. The location to all of the restaurants is exceptional, you have several options just steps away from the condo, we loved the saltwater indoor pool, I absolutely enjoyed the fireplace in our condo the balcony with the gorgeous view, I enjoyed every single moment and I cannot wait to return next year. The Host were exceptionally attentive, they quickly responded to any questions or concerns I may have had, and made me and my family feel so welcomed. I'm telling all of my family members and Friends to look up this condo and to book it as soon as they possibly can! Best stay ever!
