Unique & Cozy Carriage House ~ Queen Beds ~ Patio!

Katelyn is a fantastic host. Great communication throughout our stay. Seamless check-in process. As advertised, cozy accommodations, pet friendly, very clean, and minutes away from the towns of North Wales, Montgomeryville, and Landsdale with great dining options and close proximity to state parks and trails. We were moving from VA to PA and stayed here while hunting for and finding our new home. We were very fortunate to have found this place. It was perfect for us.

This was the third time my family and I stayed at the Carriage House. It is very cozy, location is great, and communication with Katelyn is easy.

We recently spent a month at this charming property. Everything was exactly as represented in the listing. Communication with the host Katelyn was excellent. Great location close to several shopping centers, nature trails, and parks. Would happily stay again in the future.

Clean

We just spent a week at this cute little cottage house. Check in was very easy, finding the house wasnt too bad, it is set back from the street and you need to drive past another house that shares the driveway. The house was clean and well stocked with the basics we needed to make simple meals. There is a small dining table and bar stools. The couch was comfortable and so were the beds. The only confusion we had was trying to figure out the AC units, but thats just our inexperience with them. The host was incredibly responsive both before and during our stay. I would stay here again.
