The room was dirty on checking in. Floor, walls, bed sheets, pillow cases and bathroom were all dirty. It was pretty gross. We suspect there were also bed bugs as we felt quite itchy in bed and had red bite marks on our legs. We were only provided 2 towels for showering, no small hand towels. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything outside and in adjacent rooms. The facilities were minimal and aircondition kept making noises whilst turned on.

Thankfully I only book for 1 night as the room was really small and had a bad stain on the bedsheet and the wall had bad moldy water mark when the hotel is claimed as refurbished. The car park is super narrow and small which I have no idea how a car park is being created that way.

Bedding is terriblely unclean. Blood stain on pillows and bedsheets. Yellow stains if some kind everywhere, mattresses, sheets, pillows, comforters. Even though staff was trying hard to change everything for us, but…not a good experience

The room in each we stayed was in the left side of the hotel, and at 6.15 am in the morning we would wake up with the prayers at the mosque. Breakfast is continental style - you can order omelettes, scrambled eggs or fried eggs cooked to order, there's tea, coffee and orange juice available, a hot station with Asian style noodles and fried rice, sausages, toast and cereal.

Overall it's good. Only one trivial thing might cause me inconvenient. The hotel room system or somewhat does not align. I have requested to change a room due to A/C is blowing to my bed while laying on the bed. After I changed the room, I got two phone call asked me to change the room as well as provide the current room number. The second call was happening while I was taking an afternoon nap.
