Great location, very safe. Amenities were all as described. In-laws loved the Jacuzzi. Host was very kind and shared fresh fruit from the trees with them. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Was overall good, only minor complaint. The host was adament about not having any loud noises/parties. My friend and I were having a quiet girls weekend for her birthday. However in the middle of the night (2-3am) the host themselves was loud and woke us up through the wall with their loud talking.Beds were very comfy, AC worked fabulously, free parking was great, nice big bathroom. I did want a hot tub, not a jetted bathtub, but once you really read the listing it clarifies.

Used the location as a base to get my son situated for an internship. Was a good choice for this and worked out very well as I wasn’t familiar with the LA area. Only issue was the sparse kitchen set up and lack of a common area TV but it was adequate for our purposes. A quiet and very nice home and really appreciated the free parking which is not a given in LA!
