Studio 3 !

Host responded quickly and clearly and all guest responsibilities were fair and well communicated. Room is small but well furnished and cozy. All appliances and utilities worked excellently. Host also provides silverware, dishes, detergent, etc which is a nice touch. Only thing to note is that the AC is a wall unit so room can feel a bit muggy when first walking in after a long time out.

Perfect space for a solo trip for a conference at Florida Southern. Clean, continent, and safe.

The room was great! Very clean and the property manager was very friendly and willing to accommodate an early check in. The room looks slightly bigger in the photos but it worked perfect for a long weekend get away. Would absolutely stay again!! The location was perfect. Walking distance to Lakeland staple Mister Fish, Moo Town Ice Cream, and the Peach House. Right next to the Library, a coffee shop, and the Polk Art Museum. Just a short drive to Walmart and Target. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. I will say the parking was a little confusing at first but nothing that couldn’t be solved in a few minutes!! Highly recommend.
