We had our family reunion here, and it was wonderful! Everyone enjoyed easy access to the lake and the pool, as well as the kayaks, paddleboards, and a lily pad provided for guests. There was plenty of room for family meals, and the common areas were spacious. We used the outdoor kitchen/grill several times. Every family unit had their own bedroom, and the older children loved the bunkbed room. We would love to come back again.

The property is perfect for a large family gathering with the main house, bunk house and boat house to spread everyone out! The outdoor space was my favorite. So much to do with all the lawn games, seating, outdoor kitchen area, docks, fishing, lake activities... Endless activities. We had all ages there and everyone was thoroughly entertained from 5 years old to 70 years old. The location was great, protected from the wind and activities from the larger lake area. The kids could be safely on the lake without the fear of boats and jet skis zooming by. The host was quick to respond to needs as well. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Our group loves everything about this place including all the space and amenities. The layout of the separate buildings and bedrooms works so well for large groups. It is very well stocked with everything you may need and the outdoor area is massive. Can’t wait to come back again!

We are a college mens and womens tennis team (19 total) and stayed almost a full week. The property was amazing for us. On our rest days, we absolutely loved playing yard games on the water, kayak/standup paddle boarding, and enjoying the variety of different hangout spaces, and listening to music in the sun on the Sonos speaker system! This will be a trip we remember for a long time thanks to this space. The owner was so nice to communicate with. Hot tub ultimately never heated up during our stay, but we didn’t need and he was very helpful trying to troubleshoot it with us (I have no doubt they will address the issue). He was very nice to ask questions to about the little things as well. It’s a quiet little neighborhood but our next-door neighbors were never there so we didn’t feel intrusive. If I had to say something negative, it was a bummer to not have a bathroom in the “boat house” rooms. But honestly we didn’t think twice about it. If your group is much larger than ours, you will certainly be on the extra mattresses they have on the floor in the main area. Loved this amazing place!

We have a large family and trying to find one home to fit everyone is always a challenge. This property fit the bill nicely. We had enough beds for everyone using the pullout couch in the living room, the location was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and gave us plenty of space to spread out. The only two downsides were the hot tub not working and there was no A/C in the boat house. There were fans, which helped, but it was very hot during the daytime hours. We stuck the kids in there though so all the adults had A/C. The hot tub wasn't ever hot and the jets didn't stay on for more than a couple minutes at a time. We had one of the kids stand on the outside and push the buttons for us to keep it going. Other than that we had no complaints. We loved the use of the kayaks and paddle boards and the open grassy area was great for the kids to play. The fences gave us an extra sense of security since we had so many kiddos running around. It was nice to keep them contained at night and not worry about them accidentally falling into the water. All in all, this was a wonderful find. We really love our time at Lake LBJ and this house was a great setting for our annual family vacation.

We had a joint bach trip with 13 guests. It was a great spot with lots of space to run around with the dogs, hop on the lake, and enjoy your people! We had an issue on arrival about the Lilypads not being available and our host answered quickly and fixed the problem in 10 minutes! Also, be careful with the pool. There are signs posted but it is VERY slippery!! I am completely sober and I slipped! It didn’t hurt, but just be careful, especially if you have kiddos!

Our family stayed here as we prepared for our son’s wedding in the Hill Country! It was a fabulous experience! We had a large group and it was no problem to offer a place to everyone vs. them having to find a hotel! It was phenomenal! It was very spacious, had several amenities, such as a fire pit, hot tub, outdoor grill, corn hole games, a pool table, and a beautiful fishing dock! We roasted s’mores, drank coffee in the mornings on the dock, and enjoyed beverages around the fire pit at night. The beds were very comfortable, living room space was great for those who wanted to watch television, and a lot of room for cooking! We had to communicate a few times with the owners while there. Their responses were prompt and welcomed! We stayed through New Years and they even let us pop fire crackers! And don’t forget to say “hello” to the neighbors! They are so kind and helpful for any additional questions regarding the neighborhood! We loved our time at this house, and look forward to booking again at some point!

We stayed here over Spring Break. The first day was hot and the AC in the boathouse didn’t seem to be working so we reached out to the property manager the next day since that first night was cold and we were fine by night time. They were able to get a tech out by the 3rd day to get the issue fixed. The pool was a little confusing to operate so hopefully they can provide more instructions on that in the binder at the entrance with all the other great information. Other than that, the place was beautiful with plenty of space and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves whether it was inside, in the pools, by the grill, or fishing. But heads up, don’t leave your fish on a stringer or you risk nearby fisherman coming to steal it overnight.

My family stayed recently and are still talking about how much fun they had. The outdoor area of this property is what really stands out, and they've made sure to include almost everything you need to have a good time. Plenty of shade and seating, clean grounds, an amazing concrete dock, etc. Another big plus for us was that we were able to take more than 2 pets with us. We made arrangements to pay additional pet deposit fees for this to happen, but the owners are definitely pet friendly here. Jay was easy to communicate with if we had questions and we would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

This was a great place for our large family to stay. There are two bunk rooms and lots of beds. Be aware one is rather far from the house and up stairs with no bathroom. It was fine for our 20-somethings though. Lots of sitting areas and area to play. The outdoor TV was great for the football games!I do not recommend paying for the “heated pool.” It never got even a little warm, definitely way too cold to swim in, but I couldn’t get the 300 back.I have not received my very large deposit back, so I hope I don’t regret this Excellent rating. We do hope to go back, maybe in the summer.

We stayed at this property as a group for a family reunion. We had a few questions before our stay and the communication with the owner was very easy, with a quick response time. The property was very clean and very accommodating for a large group. There were so many activities available for all ages. Would definitely recommend this spot for your next group lake trip!!

This exceptionally spacious residence features an exquisite pool and ample kitchen facilities, ideal for family gatherings. The heated pool and fireplace were particularly appreciated on cooler evenings. The property also offers an excellent location for fishing, with a well-illuminated area for nighttime angling.

Beautiful property overall, cozy, clean and laid out nice, plenty of room for everyone. BUT! For the price I paid a night the property should have been impeccable with everything in working order. The outdoor kitchens were horrendous, gas grill was sooo full of grease it started on fire. Thank God no trip to the ER, the other grills were equally disgusting. Not cleaned and obviously not checked, prior to our arrival. Sonos Sound system worked sporadically, spa was out of order, due to the mosquito larvae swimming in it has been out for awhile. Notified by owner the day of our arrival that they recently been notified of malfunction on hot tub and parts were on order. According to a previous review it has been an issue for awhile.Very sad to see the lack of attention and maintenance for such a gorgeous piece of property...Huge disappointment for what I paid...

We had our family reunion here, and it was wonderful! Everyone enjoyed easy access to the lake and the pool, as well as the kayaks, paddleboards, and a lily pad provided for guests. There was plenty of room for family meals, and the common areas were spacious. We used the outdoor kitchen/grill several times. Every family unit had their own bedroom, and the older children loved the bunkbed room. We would love to come back again.

Our group loves everything about this place including all the space and amenities. The layout of the separate buildings and bedrooms works so well for large groups. It is very well stocked with everything you may need and the outdoor area is massive. Can’t wait to come back again!

This was a great place for our large family to stay. There are two bunk rooms and lots of beds. Be aware one is rather far from the house and up stairs with no bathroom. It was fine for our 20-somethings though. Lots of sitting areas and area to play. The outdoor TV was great for the football games!I do not recommend paying for the “heated pool.” It never got even a little warm, definitely way too cold to swim in, but I couldn’t get the 300 back.I have not received my very large deposit back, so I hope I don’t regret this Excellent rating. We have a large family and trying to find one home to fit everyone is always a challenge. This property fit the bill nicely. We had enough beds for everyone using the pullout couch in the living room, the location was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and gave us plenty of space to spread out. The only two downsides were the hot tub not working and there was no A/C in the boat house. There were fans, which helped, but it was very hot during the daytime hours. We stuck the kids in there though so all the adults had A/C. The hot tub wasn't ever hot and the jets didn't stay on for more than a couple minutes at a time. We had one of the kids stand on the outside and push the buttons for us to keep it going. Other than that we had no complaints. We loved the use of the kayaks and paddle boards and the open grassy area was great for the kids to play. The fences gave us an extra sense of security since we had so many kiddos running around. It was nice to keep them contained at night and not worry about them accidentally falling into the water. All in all, this was a wonderful find. We really love our time at Lake LBJ and this house was a great setting for our annual family vacation.

Our family stayed here as we prepared for our son’s wedding in the Hill Country! It was a fabulous experience! We had a large group and it was no problem to offer a place to everyone vs. them having to find a hotel! It was phenomenal! We roasted s’mores, drank coffee in the mornings on the dock, and enjoyed beverages around the fire pit at night. We have family in the area and wanted everyone together for Christmas. This house was everything we wanted and more. The space was perfect for our big family to spread out but also get together under one roof or the outdoor area to enjoy each other’s company. We left already planning our next stay. The host, Jay was available even on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. A new family tradition was born and many more memories were made!

We made arrangements to pay additional pet deposit fees for this to happen, but the owners are definitely pet friendly here. Jay was easy to communicate with if we had questions and we would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

We had a joint bach trip with 13 guests. It was a great spot with lots of space to run around with the dogs, hop on the lake, and enjoy your people! We had an issue on arrival about the Lilypads not being available and our host answered quickly and fixed the problem in 10 minutes! Also, be careful with the pool. There are signs posted but it is VERY slippery!! I am completely sober and I slipped! It didn’t hurt, but just be careful, especially if you have kiddos!

The property is perfect for a large family gathering with the main house, bunk house and boat house to spread everyone out! The outdoor space was my favorite. So much to do with all the lawn games, seating, outdoor kitchen area, docks, fishing, lake activities... Endless activities. We had all ages there and everyone was thoroughly entertained from 5 years old to 70 years old. The location was great, protected from the wind and activities from the larger lake area. The kids could be safely on the lake without the fear of boats and jet skis zooming by. The host was quick to respond to needs as well. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

There were several gathering areas outside that made visiting relaxing. The pool and spa were well maintained.This is one of the most relaxing places that I have had the pleasure of renting. There were family members from four different cities in four different parts of our state and this property is centrally located for meeting.We all had a wonderful time.
The check in and entry into the houses were easy. The property was very clean and the kitchen well stocked.The area was quiet and beautiful. It was our yearly family reunion and I had family that came from many different places. The kids had so much fun on the lake and pool. We had plenty of roomFor everyone to sleep comfortably. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your house. I hope we left it everything the same or hopefully better than when we came. Happy Easter.

This was a great place for our large family to stay. There are two bunk rooms and lots of beds. Be aware one is rather far from the house and up stairs with no bathroom. It was fine for our 20-somethings though. Lots of sitting areas and area to play. The outdoor TV was great for the football games!I do not recommend paying for the “heated pool.” It never got even a little warm, definitely way too cold to swim in, but I couldn’t get the 300 back.I have not received my very large deposit back, so I hope I don’t regret this Excellent rating. We do hope to go back, maybe in the summer.
