House + Cabana + Apt w/ Private Courtyard & Pool

The property itself is nicely laid out, with a 'main' house, and across the pool a two-story 'guest house' with two studio apartments style rooms with a kitchen and laundry/dryer and separate entrances. Neighborhood is good. Property manager respond quickly. However, the main house is not recently renovated, had tiny ants in several places around the kitchen, living room coffee table, and master bedroom. It was not cleaned with attention before our arrival. The code initially given didn't open the door, and when we contacted the property manager we were given a different code that worked. We had an overall bad experience with musky/moldy smell in the main house and could not stay with my family there as the smell was unpleasant and caused allergies. So much so that we ended up having to book another property nearby the after 2 days and stayed there, leaving this one empty for the remainder of the stay. The place has potential, but requires better cleaning and probably a more involved solution for the mold smell in the main house.

We had a wonderful time here celebrating my brother’s bachelor party. The pool was amazing to have around, as was the grill. Highly recommend if you need a plot with a lot of space near all the action!

The rental is true to its pictures, in a decent neighbourhood, and the host response time was very quick.

Various parts of our family stayed here around my Grandson's wedding. It was perfect since there are three separate units for people to stay, each with their own kitchen/ette. The main house with two full bedrooms and a third with bunk beds. A cabana studio with a Murphy bed on the other side of the pool. A one bedroom apartment on the second floor of the cabana. The pool was a wonderful place for us all to gather, but we appreciated the privacy provided by the layout. Our hosts were very gracious and even mailed back some shirts that my granddaughter left behind.

We couldn’t be more pleased with this house! We traveled to Fort Lauderdale to celebrate my 30th birthday. 12 of us fit/slept comfortably with plenty of room to hang out and relax. The house was very clean and accommodating upon arrival. We really enjoyed the pool/patio connecting the guest houses in back creating a private sanctuary. The house is in a great location; only a short 5 minute Uber ride to the beach, Las Olas, shopping and restaurants. The host was very informative and attentive before, during and after the trip. We would highly recommend this house!
