Très bon hôtel, dommage pour le parking, on est obligé de laisser le voiturier s’en occuper. ca fait perdre du temps quand il yva du monde. la vue est un peu gâchée par un immeuble même au 16eme etage sinon la salle du restaurant à une super vue. globalement très satisfait cependant

Leider am Pool weder eine Toilette noch eine Dusche. Es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit, sich was zu trinken zu besorgen. Nicht für Menschen mit einer körperlichen Beeinträchtigung geeignet.

Bon accueil par une jeune femme super agréable qui a fait ses études à Genève, sympa comme coïncidence. Hôtel bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la baie, un parking plus que nécessaire, des chambres spatieuses et une belle piscine. La chambre serait d’ailleurs suffisamment grande pour y accueillir un canapé et une table basse car à part le lit il n’y a nulle part où s’asseoir. Coupe de gueule concernant le service à la piscine, IM-PO-SSIBLE de manger et/ou boire (si si même boire est prohibé) au bord du bassin ! La façon de le dire par le responsable du bar était désobligeant au point que je me suis senti obligé de lui rappeler que je n’étais pas un enfant. Je voyage beaucoup et si il y’a bien un endroit où tous les hôtels du monde vous servent à manger et à boire c’est justement au bord de la piscine ! Très dommage car j’insiste sur le fait que le reste du personnel était agréable et serviable.

We checked in for a few days of exploring the area without high expectations. Check in seemed fine and friendly. Wierd room decorating but nice view. We found the disinfectant in the room so strong we had to leave the door open just to breathe. There were ants in room, it may have been bug spray. After a huge lightning storm the staff was yelling and slamming furniture in the courtyard until 1:30 AM and even after I messaged the desk to ask for some quiet. I get it, they were overwhelmed, but at some point the guests should have been a priority. The room had leaks and also a water problem and also made an unbearable noise. The hall way was still full of water in the morning and that is not a great combination on a slick marble floor. After attempting to have an amended bill we were told they had already given us a break and a “upgrade “ and they did not book us for two, even though they checked us both in and took photos of our passports. All of the above was communicated to various staff without any attempt at trouble shooting. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pool was dirty and cold. We left exhausted and frustrated. A complete nightmare stay.

Poussière et cheveux au sol à mon arrivée dans la chambre, dérangée toute la soirée par du bruit au dessus (chambre #7 en dessous du restaurant), je demande une tasse à emporter pour un café après mon petit-déjeuner et on m’envoie promener. Scenic hotel with amazing view. Was able to see stunning sunset from our balconies. The rooms are new and bright. Breakfast is delicious and situated in a stunning ambience. Proximity to town where we got a great dinner with local fare. Service is friendly as well and the staff is always willing to help. Would definitely recommend - worth the drive out from Le Spezia.

Très bien reçu par le personnel ce jour la! Cerise sur le gâteau, un upgrade nous a été offert ! Nous étions aux anges ! Chambre très spacieuse avec une grande terrasse et une vue superbe sur le golf.

Hotel tem estacionamento o que facilita bastante na região. O quarto é grande por o banheiro deixa a desejar. O box é MUITO apertado...não cabe uma pessoa direito. Outro problema no quarto é que o blackout não funciona direito, portanto toda a luz externa do hotel fica dentro do quarto. Se você gosta de quarto escuro pra dormir esquece. Café da manhã ok.
Hotel tem estacionamento o que facilita bastante na região. O quarto é grande por o banheiro deixa a desejar. O box é MUITO apertado...não cabe uma pessoa direito. Outro problema no quarto é que o blackout não funciona direito, portanto toda a luz externa do hotel fica dentro do quarto. Se você gosta de quarto escuro pra dormir esquece. Café da manhã ok.

Amazing hotel. The views were incredible and a nice short walk into the town. The restaurant (The Frame) service was not great. The gentleman at the bar greeted us very poorly (when we asked how he was he straight up said bad and was clearly overwhelmed with the 12 people with tables. He could not make the right drinks and had to call in help. They tried to make up by offering small plates but still ended up charging full price for everything including the wrong drinks. I would stay here again but never go back for dinner.

A complete nightmare stay.

Fantastisk ophold! Vi fik en fri opgradering, og nød vores suite med havudsigt. Vi benyttede både bar og restaurant, som var udemærket. Poolområdet var lidt småt, men vi var de eneste der benyttede det - og der er også kun begrænsede værelser. Super godt!

Pour un deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel, tout était quasiment impeccable. A signaler une restauration très recherchée et savoureuse. Quel dommage que davantage de clients n’en profitent pas!!! Deux jours où nous avons dîné seuls dans cette grande salle à manger !!! Personnel très disponible.

Bon accueil par une jeune femme super agréable qui a fait ses études à Genève, sympa comme coïncidence. Hôtel bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la baie, un parking plus que nécessaire, des chambres spatieuses et une belle piscine. La chambre serait d’ailleurs suffisamment grande pour y accueillir un canapé et une table basse car à part le lit il n’y a nulle part où s’asseoir. Coupe de gueule concernant le service à la piscine, IM-PO-SSIBLE de manger et/ou boire (si si même boire est prohibé) au bord du bassin ! La façon de le dire par le responsable du bar était désobligeant au point que je me suis senti obligé de lui rappeler que je n’étais pas un enfant. Je voyage beaucoup et si il y’a bien un endroit où tous les hôtels du monde vous servent à manger et à boire c’est justement au bord de la piscine ! Amazing hotel. The views were incredible and a nice short walk into the town. The restaurant (The Frame) service was not great. The gentleman at the bar greeted us very poorly (when we asked how he was he straight up said bad and was clearly overwhelmed with the 12 people with tables. He could not make the right drinks and had to call in help. They tried to make up by offering small plates but still ended up charging full price for everything including the wrong drinks. I would stay here again but never go back for dinner.

Hotel tem estacionamento o que facilita bastante na região. O quarto é grande por o banheiro deixa a desejar. O box é MUITO apertado...não cabe uma pessoa direito. Outro problema no quarto é que o blackout não funciona direito, portanto toda a luz externa do hotel fica dentro do quarto. Se você gosta de quarto escuro pra dormir esquece. Café da manhã ok.

Loved it. We wanted to stay in one of the cinque terre villages, but ended up here and we were SO glad. Take the ferry from Porto venere which is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel staff will help you understand the ferry and times. Town of Porto Venere was one of our favorites.

The hotel has a great location, within walking distance of the harbor in Porto Venere. It is situated on a hillside, so there are quite a few steps down to the beach and back up again — so you get a bit of exercise along the way! 🙂 The hotel is very peaceful and quiet, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good, and we also enjoyed a lovely dinner on the terrace, which has an absolutely stunning view. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and a great base for enjoying Porto Venere.
