We loved this house. The house has lots of space inside and the location is perfect, just a very short walk to the central square. Very well equipped for the number of guests. The host was very responsive throughout our stay The pool area is small which is to be expected from a town house but this does mean that it’s difficult for a large party to all sit outside at the same time. This didn’t bother us as the dinning room inside the house is huge. In our view the house is less suitable for families with very young childrenelderly people due to a number of small steps between rooms and in the centre of the living room. There is parking for 1 car in a shared garage at the house but be warned that the roads in Pollenca are very narrow! Would highly recommend

The property was beyond our expectations . Beautiful simplicity .It was a perfect retreat to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family . The location was central with everything within walking distance . We visited the beach twice in our 10 day stay but found we preferred staying at the Villa or just taking in the beautiful old town of Pollensa .
