This condo was perfect for my friend and I to come back to l, in the midst of helping with arrangements for my cousins funeral, to take a breather/refresh. We've stayed here before & will continue to return. We were here for 3 days this time and love that it is stocked with coffee, creamer & sugar. Having the patio to enjoy our coffee, icing on the cake!

Excellent property, clean, first floor condo with "balcony" overlooking pond. Complimentary wine and snacks provided. Stayed over two weekends. First weekend had issue with shower not shutting off. No plumber available on a weekend so they tried to place us in another of their properties. They made every effort but we decided to make other arrangements for the last day of our stay. We returned the next weekend. The shower was fixed and we had an excellent experience including viewing the launch of a rocket from our balcony. Pedro and his staff were easy to reach and as helpful as they could be.. We highly recommend this place.

It was good overall. The floors were very dirty. We had to wash our feet before going to bed and that’s after taking showers. If I walked outside barefoot for two hours, my feet were cleaner than walking inside for 2 hours.

We really liked the setup of this little condo. The room appointment was great. Kitchen was well appointed and stocked. Heater did not work however and it was quite chilly our first night. While everything was in its place and neat the floors were so dirty they were sticky, especially in the kitchen and foyer.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this first floor condo. The king size bed was firm and comfortable. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities needed in the kitchen. A nice feature was the owner providing a bottle of wine, cookies and coffee. The beach with parking is only a short distance along with restaurants. We would stay here again when returning to this area.

Our condo stay was fantastic!!! The location was great, the size was perfect for my husband and myself, everything was very clean and communication was amazing! There were even cookies and a bottle of wine to greet us! Thank you!!!

Quiet, all the things we needed to attend a wedding that weekend. Comfortable. Loved the ducks in the pond. Bagel shop across the street was really good.

This condo was perfect for my friend and I to come back to l, in the midst of helping with arrangements for my cousins funeral, to take a breather/refresh. We've stayed here before & will continue to return. We were here for 3 days this time and love that it is stocked with coffee, creamer & sugar. Having the patio to enjoy our coffee, icing on the cake!

Excellent property, clean, first floor condo with "balcony" overlooking pond. Complimentary wine and snacks provided. Stayed over two weekends. First weekend had issue with shower not shutting off. No plumber available on a weekend so they tried to place us in another of their properties. They made every effort but we decided to make other arrangements for the last day of our stay. We returned the next weekend. The shower was fixed and we had an excellent experience including viewing the launch of a rocket from our balcony. Pedro and his staff were easy to reach and as helpful as they could be.. We highly recommend this place.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this first floor condo. The king size bed was firm and comfortable. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities needed in the kitchen. A nice feature was the owner providing a bottle of wine, cookies and coffee. The beach with parking is only a short distance along with restaurants. We would stay here again when returning to this area.

Condo was nice, and was very clean. King bed was very comfortable. Correspondence with owners was excellent. Owner left us a bottle of wine and cookies, that was a nice touch.

Very clean nicely appointed property. Our Yorkie, who is old and blind navigated the house easily. The bottle of wine and cookies was greatly appreciated! Very special touch!!

Great host. This is the best place to stay, It is within walking distance to a shopping center that has Texas Roadhouse, Aldis, Walmart and the beach is across A1A.Very private and quiet.

Great location for a quiet stay near the beach. Several restaurants within walking distance and quiet and safe condo community. Condo was exactly as described in listing. Nice little welcome gift from host with bottle of wine and cookies. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
