The property as unsafe an apartment got broken and nobody cared not the management or Expedia

Beautiful views of surroundings including stunning sea view from the outdoor area. Great nearby hiking and running conditions. However, the apartments and other facilities need to be refurbished. The lack of air condition (only a fan in the kitchen ceiling - nothing in the sleeping room) severely affected sleep and general wellbeing. A leaky toilette generating constant noise. The outdoor pool looks great at the pictures but was not fresh, the water was not clear and the only shower did not work.

The apartment had a horrid musky damp smell, that permitted throughout the stay. Half the lights and plugs didn't work. There is no air con, and the ceiling fan is weak making the apartment sauna like conditions and extremely uncomfortable. The wardrobes, cupboards and draws were not clean and covered in dust, and needing to be cleaned before unpacking suitcases. No sunbeds around the pool, leaving towels and feet covered in dirt from the grass, and being transferred in to the pool / apartments. Not permitted to eat, drink or smoke around the pool sunbathing areas. Very limited communication regarding check in and check out & no one to assist during the day to day.

Magnifique vue sur la mer et la vallée Appartement mal insonorisé surtout à cause des voisins qui laissent aboyer leur chien en permanence , le lit beaucoup trop dur , le stationnement des véhicules peu s'avérer compliqué car peu de personnes pensent au fait que l'on peut garer deux voitures par emplacement.

+ Lieu L'ESTARTIT et emplacement grande piscine entretenue chaque matin, pelouse ombragé, résidence familiale parking juste en dessous de l'appartement personnells de ménages agréable, pret de ventilateur,linges de lit changé, sécurité, restaurant dans la résidence - pas de clim ni de ventilateur plafond dans la chambre parentale, lit enfant à tiroir pas comme sur les photos et pas adaptés pour des adolescents,+ lattes de lits cassé, wc engorgé, carrelage mosaïque douche qui se décolle, plan de travaille cuisine endommagé,
