Nice space for two. We found the bed very comfortable, the streaming setup worked perfectly and was great to have. Wi-Fi was flawless and fast. Nice AC unit as well. Great location, quiet and right on the doorstep of Blackwater and Davis, and just 2 miles to Thomas. Location is great because of the proximity to the restaurants; Ish (at The Billy Motel) is literally just across the road.

Although there were some changes between when we booked and when we stayed (e.g., outdoor open fires were very recently forbidden by HOA, there was no A/C but many fans in place), my group of 4 had a wonderful stay. The twin bed upstairs had a second bed that pulled out underneath, and we loved that all four of us were able to sleep upstairs together. Although it was warm during the day, we could open windows at night (every window and the back door was had a screen) and it was a beautiful experience. Kitchen was well stocked, board games were fun, we had an abundance of towels. The location was also very nice and we were able to explore the towns of Davis and Thomas as well as Blackwater Falls. Truly a lovely experience!

Cute little place! Easy to access and short drive into Davis and Thomas. It snowed very hard our first night there, so the parking lot was a bit tricky to navigate in the snow as it wasn’t plowed, but otherwise an enjoyable stay!

Property was very clean and had everything you would ever need for your stay .Had to reach out to find out which unit number it was ,but response was very quick .we spent most of our time out and about in Davis ,Thomas ,Cass ,Spruce Knob ,Blackwater Falls and Dolly Sods ,nice place to come back to and get some rest in between all our adventures .

We had a lovely three night stay. When we walked in, the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness -- clean, clean, CLEAN. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, appliances, pots and pans. The location is just about next door to Blackwater Falls State Park and 15 minutes from Canaan Valley and it's 3 ski areas and abundance of hiking and biking. This condo is also very quiet and peaceful. Shelley, the owner, was sooo responsive - she replied within minutes anytime I had a question.

Great place to stay for the night, located very close to downtown Davis and Blackwater falls! It was cozy and just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the water temperature of the shower is very tempermental, as in you have to get it exactly in the right spot or its too hot or too cold. This is minor but something to note. We would definitely stay here again. The hostest was very responsive and I would give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks!

We needed a place to make meals and sleep while going out during the day to enjoy outdoor activities. There were so many places to be able to visit with beautiful scenery within minutes! The kitchen was well stocked to pull meals together and the bed was comfortable. Games to play with in the evening. Host was accommodating! Perfect for the two of us!

About a mile to Blackwater Falls and about the same to town. Very close to the gas station and a pizza place. The unit has everything you need, but if there’s anything you forgot, you aren’t far from the grocery store and a Dollar General! Great communication with the owner and her local person. Might be cozy for more than 2 people, but it was a nice place to stay.

Cute little place! Easy to access and short drive into Davis and Thomas. It snowed very hard our first night there, so the parking lot was a bit tricky to navigate in the snow as it wasn’t plowed, but otherwise an enjoyable stay!

About a mile to Blackwater Falls and about the same to town. Very close to the gas station and a pizza place. The unit has everything you need, but if there’s anything you forgot, you aren’t far from the grocery store and a Dollar General! Great communication with the owner and her local person. Might be cozy for more than 2 people, but it was a nice place to stay.

Great location close to Blackwater Falls State Park and the two towns of Davis and Thomas. Communications with host suburb! All I needed to cook meals with stove, microwave, pots/pans, coffeemaker; Small space but just right for my solo retreat at waterfalls, rivers, trails for hiking! Highly recommend !!

Within minutes of Thomas and Blackwater falls. This was a wonderful place for me and my boyfriend to stay at. It was central and made things so much easier especially cause we dont know our way around. I definitely would recommend this place, just for the sights alone. I will say my only note would be adding a sign or a little sticker that steps may be slippery with socks on, my boyfriend fell down three on the first day, but all was good. We just made sure to not wear socks going down the steps.

We were unfortunately sick most of our stay. The host, Shelly, was so amazing and even helped us find another rental nearby when we unexpectedly needed to stay in town another night. The place was cute and very well kept. The patio out back was so nice and peaceful. I plan on coming back and will definitely book here again.
