Great place. Price better than others. A little hard to find at first but no biggie. Needs a dead bolt on door. Would be Much safer. Parking on which side for which side of duplex needs to be marked. Other occupants parked on our side many times. Coffee maker needs serous cleaning or replaced. Will return for sure. Thank you

This duplex apartment has all the comforts of a home away from home in the quiet and beautiful countryside of Kentucky. Everything you might need is close by and easy to get to. For a comfortable getaway, try this lovely place.

The place is very cozy and quiet, with very comfortable beds. My kiddos loved the bunk beds!

The hostess was very polite and helpful. The place was very clean and quiet. The two things that were most difficult for our stay was the distance to the nearest store, and no signage on the gravel road to actually get around to our duplex. An aluminated sign with the building numbers, especially since we arrived late, would have saved us from having to call her so late.
