The host was absolutely amazing which makes everything seem trivial that I’m about to list. 1. The mattresses are wrapped in plastic covers which is great for preventing bugs. However, as middle aged moms, it’s HOT! I had to go buy mattress covers that cooled for 3 of the beds just so we could sleep. 2. With 6 people sharing one bathroom, the side table needs to come out, and there needs to be places to hang towels up instead. 3. The dishes are well loved. The handles on the pans need to be tightened. 4. This one was my fault - I didn’t check with the host prior to arrival to see if the hot tub was ready. It was in fact NOT ready and actually stank. 5. The party on Saturday night did calm down at 10:52pm, but I was definitely worried there for a moment that our early to rise Sunday time would be a sleepless night. 6. It’s VERY convenient to campus, HEB, and overall a good area. 7. Consider adding insulation. It would help cool the house faster. The only way I knew the a/c was struggling was because I opened the cabinet doors to the sink, and heat just FLOODED out. Along with some unwelcome bugs. But that’s Texas for ya. 8. Please replace that key lock box. It’s very difficult. Overall GREAT! Thank you!

The host was great! The rules said no smoking but it had an odor of smoke or mold!It was convenient for what we were in town for ! Big back yard

The host was extremely accommodating and awesome with messaging and answering any questions I had. We were in town for a wedding and she made our stay extremely easy. Everything was clean and well organized. The back yard was lovely. I highly recommend the property.

Location was great!

Communication with the property owner/manager was excellent.
