Great apartment with panoramic views of the sound. Peaceful and safe neighborhood with an awesome pool. Eddie was great in his communication and answered messages quickly. Our stay was just what the dr ordered and I’ve already shared this VRBO with friends. Thanks for a great weekend Eddie!

Having never been to the Outer Banks, we decided to celebrate there and check it out. It was THE MOST relaxing, immaculate, comfortable place we could have chosen. We had mosy of our meals, coffee and happy hours on that amazing porch and had glorious sunsets every night! I will reiterate what I told Eddie, our host....the ONLY complaint I/we had was the trip wasnt long enough. We will definitely be back.

We had a great week! The unit is practically spotless. The location is perfect. It’s close to everything! We enjoyed several beautiful sunsets to top off the evenings. We appreciated the beach chairs to take with us for our beach day. My only suggestion is to replace the twin mattresses. They’re not very comfortable. Our host Eddie was very communicative and professional. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

The location was an easy drive to the beach, but the views of the sound were stunning. No need to leave the property to relax. The house could use a few minor updates for someone who is super picky, but overall was great, even the kids loved it! There is a basketball and tennis court on site and a pair of binoculars that kept the kids busy. We took a 3 mile walk on the neighborhood paths. Publix and several restaurants are right up the street, but the kitchen also has all you could need to cook or bake. Not too far from Jockey’s Ridge, Jeannette’s Pier, or the national seashore. We would stay again. It was a great fall getaway with fewer crowds! We saw deer out the windows both mornings as well as other expected wildlife.

My 13 year old daughter and I booked a little mom daughter trip on a whim. We had never been to obx so I was debating booking a hotel. But I was looking at all of our options and this listing caught my eye because of the beautiful sunset views- it looked special. It did not disappoint. Not only were the sunset views truly spectacular, the space was clean and beautifully furnished. So many thoughtful little details- we loved the guest book and filling out our own memories and recommended obx spots, as well as reading others who stayed before us. It was a nice quiet community but we were so close to a ton of amenities, restaurants, and the beach. I really appreciated the ease of communication with Eddie as well. My daughter and I agreed we were really glad we didn’t go the hotel route. This place really was special and I’m so glad we had some mom-daughter time here I will cherish!

We had a very short but nice stay here! It was so beautiful and very clean. Being on the top floor is such a plus, no noise and the view was just wonderful. We will for sure come back and hopefully have a longer stay! Communication with Eddie was fantastic and was always answered quickly. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay!

My wife and I stayed at the sunset seeker from June 17 through June 24. While the weather may have been a bit of a challenge, spending time in this rental was an absolute pleasure. It offers an exceptionally clean, bright interior, and the decor is a very sensible and attractive coastal modern setup. The kitchen has virtually everything that a serious cook might need. We cooked roughly 80% of our meals here during our stay without any problems. The environment is super quiet and the panoramic views from the living and dining areas are mesmerizing and much more relaxing to look at than an ocean view. Beds and linens were very comfortable and the Central Air was pretty quiet unlike most places I have stayed. The rental is close to three large grocery stores, all of which are more than adequate for your food needs. Communication with the host was excellent and any questions I asked were answered promptly. If you value privacy, a clean soothing environment to relax in, killer views of the inlets and sound as well as peaceful sunsets, you will find it all here.

The proto book the property was easy. The property managers kept in touch with us and was very informative. A great spot to check out with amazing views. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning someday.

The views from the private patio were amazing and the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Eddie was quick to respond with any questions and offered suggestions of places to eat. My 13 year old daughter and I booked a little mom daughter trip on a whim. We had never been to obx so I was debating booking a hotel. But I was looking at all of our options and this listing caught my eye because of the beautiful sunset views- it looked special. It did not disappoint. Not only were the sunset views truly spectacular, the space was clean and beautifully furnished. So many thoughtful little details- we loved the guest book and filling out our own memories and recommended obx spots, as well as reading others who stayed before us. It was a nice quiet community but we were so close to a ton of amenities, restaurants, and the beach. I really appreciated the ease of communication with Eddie as well. My daughter and I agreed we were really glad we didn’t go the hotel route. This place really was special and I’m so glad we had some mom-daughter time here I will cherish!

Quiet/friendly neighborhood. Close to shopping/restaurants/museums. Literally the perfect area to stay to see it all. The views from the private patio were amazing and the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Eddie was quick to respond with any questions and offered suggestions of places to eat. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend!

The location was an easy drive to the beach, but the views of the sound were stunning. No need to leave the property to relax. The house could use a few minor updates for someone who is super picky, but overall was great, even the kids loved it! There is a basketball and tennis court on site and a pair of binoculars that kept the kids busy. We took a 3 mile walk on the neighborhood paths. Publix and several restaurants are right up the street, but the kitchen also has all you could need to cook or bake. Not too far from Jockey’s Ridge, Jeannette’s Pier, or the national seashore. We would stay again. It was a great fall getaway with fewer crowds! We saw deer out the windows both mornings as well as other expected wildlife.

My wife and I stayed at the sunset seeker from June 17 through June 24. While the weather may have been a bit of a challenge, spending time in this rental was an absolute pleasure. It offers an exceptionally clean, bright interior, and the decor is a very sensible and attractive coastal modern setup. The kitchen has virtually everything that a serious cook might need. We cooked roughly 80% of our meals here during our stay without any problems. The environment is super quiet and the panoramic views from the living and dining areas are mesmerizing and much more relaxing to look at than an ocean view. Beds and linens were very comfortable and the Central Air was pretty quiet unlike most places I have stayed. The rental is close to three large grocery stores, all of which are more than adequate for your food needs. Communication with the host was excellent and any questions I asked were answered promptly. If you value privacy, a clean soothing environment to relax in, killer views of the inlets and sound as well as peaceful sunsets, you will find it all here.

The condo was very neat and very clean and had everything we needed. It was a very comfortable place to stay. The condo was very quiet. The deck overlooks the sound and marshes. The sunsets were beautiful. The living room and dining room had beautiful views of the sound. The complex in tucked in behind a quiet neighborhood and borders the sound. We would stay here again.
