House and rooms were clean. Bath towels were in each bedroom. Super comfortable couch and functional kitchen. Overall very happy.

We had six couples travel to Denver from Alabama for my 40th birthday. We all stayed in this house and it was absolutely amazing. The location was fantastic. We loved sitting on the front porch. We made the short walk down to Ace Eat Serve for dinner and ping-pong. We took a short Uber ride to Union Station, 16th St. Mall, and walked downtown LoDo. Then we had a party bus pick us up for a beautiful drive to RED ROCKS for a concert. The house was clean, equipped, and super easy to navigate from. I would highly recommend.
