Felt at home right away! Across street from old Brigantine Hotel where other family was staying. Able for all to easily gather. Views of the beach great. So many options for outdoor time. Beach steps away- fun for everyone and still able to find places for a little alone time if needed. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. Lots of beach items to borrow. Small amount of bar patron loudness but just sort of funny. If weather had been miserable the house would have been a savior. We were fortunate to have wonderful weather too.

We just returned from a fabulous week at this property. Our communication with Kevin prior to our arrival was excellent. The house is in great shape with plenty of room for both family time and private time. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, including a gas barbecue grill. We were supplied with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and kayaks. It was all great!!!

Could fit 2 cars and truck in the driveway and garage. The living area could use some updates but was fine. The dining table is big and great for dinners together and game time. The balcony off the main bedroom had some debris and needed swept. Beautiful view from that balcony. The grill area is pretty nice. This property is in a great location with very convenient beach access to a great part of the beach. We spent a lot of time on the two balconies, especially the top floor at sunrise. The unit is clean and well furnished and comfortably accommodated all six of us. Kevin was a terrific host - very responsive and flexible to all of our requests. I had an absolutely amazing stay here. It exceeded my expectations. The host was great to work with and communicate with. It's not a brand new upscale beach rental, but it's got so much charm and character. The location can't be beat. The numerous outdoor seating areas/balconies were an added bonus. My favorite part was being able to watch the waves from the primary bedroom. Thanks for a great experience!

The house is located one house over from the beach access so it was very convenient. They had all the beach accessories; toys, chairs, kayaks, beach stroller. The house was great, no complaints. The walk to a breakfast place, bait store, liquor store was one block down. Just a note that the view from downstairs is blocked from the dune, however, upstairs you can see the ocean.

Kevin is a great host, smooth check-In/Out. Very clean, lovely home. Stayed with 4 sisters between 63 and 78 and had a wonderful weekend. The ocean views are breathtaking, 2 minute walk to beach and LaScala’s restaurant/outdoor bar.

Great location, if you enjoy looking out into the ocean, watching the sunrise and hearing the roar of the ocean this is the place, It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation, beach tags, chairs, beach cart with toys and an umbrella. it's a one block walk to the center of town and you cant get any closer to the beach. My family loved it the house is beautiful

Felt at home right away! Across street from old Brigantine Hotel where other family was staying. Able for all to easily gather. Views of the beach great. So many options for outdoor time. Beach steps away- fun for everyone and still able to find places for a little alone time if needed. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. Lots of beach items to borrow. Pleasantly surprised by the beauty of this residence. The Mediterranean feel was so authentic and you can hear the ocean waves rolling in as you sleep. Located in a prime spot in brigantine, walking distance to the shops and restaurants. A couple steps from beach and restaurant on the beach with beautiful music from live bands. A 8 minute taxi or drive to the casino and convention center. A hidden oasis.

You cannot beat this spot! Right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants, wawa, playground, and liquor store. Views are amazing and lots of space for the whole family to spread out. We had a wonderful trip here!

I had an absolutely amazing stay here. It exceeded my expectations. The host was great to work with and communicate with. It's not a brand new upscale beach rental, but it's got so much charm and character. The location can't be beat. The numerous outdoor seating areas/balconies were an added bonus. My favorite part was being able to watch the waves from the primary bedroom. Thanks for a great experience!

The house is located one house over from the beach access so it was very convenient. They had all the beach accessories; toys, chairs, kayaks, beach stroller. The house was great, no complaints. The walk to a breakfast place, bait store, liquor store was one block down. Just a note that the view from downstairs is blocked from the dune, however, upstairs you can see the ocean.

Great location, if you enjoy looking out into the ocean, watching the sunrise and hearing the roar of the ocean this is the place, It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation, beach tags, chairs, beach cart with toys and an umbrella. it's a one block walk to the center of town and you cant get any closer to the beach. My family loved it the house is beautiful

Our stay was wonderful and the house met the needs of our family. The location is great and the response from Suzanne was prompt and courteous. There are a couple little things - hand towels would be appreciated - as would a large frying pan. But these are small items - We would highly recommend the house.

We just returned from a fabulous week at this property. Our communication with Kevin prior to our arrival was excellent. The house is in great shape with plenty of room for both family time and private time. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, including a gas barbecue grill. We were supplied with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and kayaks. It was all great!!!

We have rented many different places in Brigantine and this one was definitely the best equipped, especially the kitchen-related stuff: dishes, cooking apparatus, etc. The location is interesting, next high rise condos and restaurant/bar. The bar was pretty lively and loud, but not really all that intrusive. It is nice to be just a few blocks away from the restaurants, liquor store, etc.

The location is everything. Beach access is ideal. LaScalla is convenient for drinks and food. The house is roomy , the beds are comfy. It needed aired out but opening things up helped. Could fit 2 cars and truck in the driveway and garage. The living area could use some updates but was fine. The dining table is big and great for dinners together and game time. The balcony off the main bedroom had some debris and needed swept. Beautiful view from that balcony. The grill area is pretty nice. Bringing groceries and baggage up the steps can be a lot if you aren’t a spring chicken. We had great family time in this condo.

The house was great - plenty of space for grandparents, three adult children, and an infant. The house is fully stocked with anything you could need, and Kevin is available for any questions you might have. Great stay, we hope to stay again!

We loved everything about your home! There was plenty of space to enjoy! The weather could have been better, but we did manage to savor some hazy sunshine. The covered decks came in handy with the rainy weather.
