We were there for a college visit and the location was two minutes from the school. The appearance inside could have some upgrades. One weeks rental payment could improve things for the people that stay there. New kitchen sink so it looks like it wasn’t found on the street curb. I had to request for the main bathroom sink to be unclogged from the minute I stepped in the house. After I was told it was fixed, it wasn’t. An upgrade to the plumbing would be a great improvement. Going outside to the great patio in the backyard. Great place to hangout visit with my family I haven’t seen in seven years. The cushions on the only furniture out there mine as well not be there. There is nothing left of the foam inside them. A less than $200 fix. Those little things mean a lot to people looking to stay in a place they expect to be comfortable and clean. For the rest of the place. The beds were incredibly comfortable!!! Bedrooms were very nice. The bottle of wine at the front door was nice. Not a wine drinker but my sister liked it. The main bathroom was nice and clean but the sink wouldn’t drain! My sister did say she would stay there again! Just make those little changes. Jeffrey

Communication with the host was outstanding! No waiting at all! The house has an Old Florida vibe. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen appointment served all of our needs. Plenty of towels and extra blankets for cool evenings. We really loved this home. So relaxing and convenient to all spots we needed to visit. Definitely will return!

This was the second time staying at the wonderful home. Moved our Freshman into Florida Tech. The house is literally around the corner from the university which made it perfect to make multiple trips to campus. It's close and convenient to everything including the beach! We definitely recommend this property for any college parents or anyone. We will definitely be staying here many more times over the upcoming years. Most importantly, the owners and their assistant truly care about their tenants. They will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need!! Wonderful - Homey - Comfortable - Charming - Delightful!!

We definitely recommend this property for any college parents or anyone. We will definitely be staying here many more times over the upcoming years. Most importantly, the owners and their assistant truly care about their tenants. They will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need!! The location and cleanliness of this house was by far the best. Communications with the owner was always prompt. Furnishings were fabulous for our stay. The little details like having towels in each room, coffee and filters available. Neighborhood is quite. The backyard patio made for a great place to watch the dog as she stretched her legs.Close to everything - nothing seemed further than 3 miles. All in all, everything about this house was great. Looking forward to our be next visit. Oh the A/C works great!!

This home was clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. Exactly as pictured. It's very close to Downtown Melbourne and Florida Tech. Superb communication and very simple check in and check out process. I would definitely stay again!

My entire family was absolutely so pleased with this property! It was clean, cute, had all the basics you’d need, and is in a great location. It is a pet friendly place and the dining room/sun room does have a pet smell. Also, the backyard is not fully fenced in - so do not just let your dogs out! The hosts were hands down the most communicative hosts I’ve ever dealt with. They were so quick to respond, accommodated my early arrival, and gave me local suggestions for things to do and places to eat. I would absolutely stay here again!

Even though the property is near some local businesses, it's quiet and comfortable, and the internet service was super fast for some work time.
