We were there for a college visit and the location was two minutes from the school. The appearance inside could have some upgrades. One weeks rental payment could improve things for the people that stay there. New kitchen sink so it looks like it wasn’t found on the street curb. I had to request for the main bathroom sink to be unclogged from the minute I stepped in the house. After I was told it was fixed, it wasn’t. An upgrade to the plumbing would be a great improvement. Going outside to the great patio in the backyard. Great place to hangout visit with my family I haven’t seen in seven years. The cushions on the only furniture out there mine as well not be there. There is nothing left of the foam inside them. A less than $200 fix. Those little things mean a lot to people looking to stay in a place they expect to be comfortable and clean. For the rest of the place. The beds were incredibly comfortable!!! Bedrooms were very nice. The bottle of wine at the front door was nice. Not a wine drinker but my sister liked it. The main bathroom was nice and clean but the sink wouldn’t drain! My sister did say she would stay there again! Just make those little changes. Jeffrey

Communication with the host was outstanding! No waiting at all! The house has an Old Florida vibe. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen appointment served all of our needs. Plenty of towels and extra blankets for cool evenings. We really loved this home. So relaxing and convenient to all spots we needed to visit. Definitely will return!

This property has a lot of character and has been upgraded nicely in many ways. 3 nicely sized bedrooms, each with one queen bed. 1.5 bathrooms, so decide if your party can share one tub/shower while there. The host was attentive before and during our stay.

This was the second time staying at the wonderful home. Moved our Freshman into Florida Tech. The house is literally around the corner from the university which made it perfect to make multiple trips to campus. It's close and convenient to everything including the beach! We definitely recommend this property for any college parents or anyone. We will definitely be staying here many more times over the upcoming years. Most importantly, the owners and their assistant truly care about their tenants. They will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need!! Wonderful - Homey - Comfortable - Charming - Delightful!!

The charm and coziness of this property were wonderfully vintage and comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean and in good working order. I was impressed by the hosts' and their team's responsiveness; communication was always wonderful. The place was just a few blocks from downtown Melbourne, and they were even kind enough to make some recommendations for places to visit nearby. Definitely helpful. Even though the property is near some local businesses, it's quiet and comfortable, and the internet service was super fast for some work time.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for spending Thanksgiving with our two children who are students at Florida Tech. The house is a five minute drive to campus. The host is wonderfully responsive. Thank you!
