Beautiful house, super clean, spacious and well put together. Easy check in/out and very nice host.

Property was satisfactory. Cleanliness of property was lacking. Trash was left in the gargage. Garage door required maintenance whike we were there and owner was outbof town. Multiple marksvwerevon the walks leading upstair. We weren't ablebto enter and exit via the front door. The primary bedroom bed was broken but usuable. Owner advised and show little to no concern. I had to deep clean the refrigerator prior to putting any groceries vin it as it was flithy around the doors area and trays at the bottom. Minimal kitcken appliances, cooking utiilizes little to none, not enough flatware,, plates, cups, glasses etc. Clearly knew tgere were to be 7 of us staying but didn't stock kitchen to accommodate us. My daughters had to address the garage door issue as he was out of town and made no offer to have someone come out to address this issue. The area is in the beginning stages of gentrification but it was concerning to have been in this area for us as we were only females and underage children staying. Thank God we had no incidents. I would not stay here again unless it is proven to the area has been fully genderfied

This property is located in the “transitioning” area of Houston. Also known as the hood of 5th Ward area. The townhouse was dirty from the time we entered the garage and walking inside the property. All the walls were dirty from downstairs to upstairs. Holes in the walls. Repaired holes in the bathroom but not painted over. The carpet in the master bedroom was filthy dirty and stained. The ceiling fan was dirty. There was a crack in the wall behind the door. The bed frame was broken. There was trash in the upstairs hallway closet. The pillow case was stained in the master bedroom. The pictures are nice but it didn’t look like that nice when we arrived. I would advise contacting the host immediately if it is not up to standards. I took pictures and videos that I wish I could share on here. I was charged a cleaning fee and it wasn’t clean when I arrived. I tried calling to speak with the host but they didn’t answer but would send a message on the app. They didn’t respond when I requested to have the whole cleaning fee refunded. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!

The house is amazing! 3 couples stayed and we had a great time! The house is spacious! Will definitely stay again!
