Lovely Loft Apartment with Private Beach Access!!

We absolutely loved our two bit stay in this charming guest house. It was so clean and inviting with so many nice touches. Bed was so comfy, the lighting was really nice andKitchen well stocked. We loved the welcome guide and so fortunate to have beach access. The yard was so cute with a fire pit and hammock but unfortunately we didn’t make use because of the weather. We will definitely be back again! Thanks so much for making our weekend memorable and comfortable! 5 stars all the way.

Beautiful rental with everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. Optimal privacy, quiet neighborhood. Very clean and functional. Super cute decor. The ACs in the place kept it very cool. The beach access was the best part of the trip. Communication with the owner was fast, efficient, and pleasant. 10/10 would recommend, hope to come back soon.

Amazing from start to finish! True secret gem on the North Fork! Arriving later at night, I truly appreciated the notes to drive slowly and watch out for the deer. The house is not missing anything! Outdoor space, bikes with helmets, keypad door, every kitchen supply and more, beach toys and gear, office space, air conditioning etc! Off road parking. I will be back!

This place had everything we needed, full kitchen, desk area, sleeping loft. It’s a little off the beaten path in a charming neighborhood, so remember to pick up groceries, coffee milk, etc. We loved having the private patio area, nicely landscaped with greenery. Foam bed was super comfortable. AC was powerful! The rock Beach is a 10 minute walk .. lovely, but heads up.. a bit of an uphill hike on the return. The self entrance worked fine, and we never needed to contact the host. We were visiting relatives in Smithtown and Port Jeff, and preferred the privacy and extra room vs a hotel, so ok with driving. The area is gorgeous in summer… tons of nature and places to visit. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Very private,well equipped, very comfortable and nothing was needed. Close walk to the Long Island Sound and the quaint Village of Shoreham is the perfect resting spot. I would go back and stay longer, Thanks Mark
