Great home for cat friendly people. Very old home with a lot of rooms. Owner lives in space when not rented.

Brenda Lee's Genesis Estate was perfect for our party of 16, ranging from ages 4 to 75. Communication with Brenda Lee was perfect, she was very responsive and courteous. The beds were plentiful and comfortable. The kitchen was amazing! The commercial refrigerator and stove were a huge plus. The outdoor grill and Blackstone were nearly new, and worked great! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool too. It was an amazing 4 days, and we would stay here again. Thank you Brenda Lee.

My family and I (about 30 people) found this listing while planning our reunion for this year. I was extremely pleased with Brenda's responsiveness and eagerness to answer questions and support our planning efforts even months in advance. The property recently had some renovations so the actual condition of the house was even better than the pictures. We really enjoyed the pool area, grills available for use, and the pool table in the basement. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group looking for a peaceful getaway that is still close enough to surrounding larger citiies.

This property worked well for our large group. There were plenty of beds for everyone, and lots of amenities. Ms. Lee was very good with communication, and made sure we were well taken care of during our stay.

Lots of space for sleeping and bathing. Very limited space for bringing in supplies for cooking. Space is occupied with owner supplies and materi als. Similar in bedrooms... had to live out of suitcases. No Hot tub, contrary to what the advertisement depicts. No large table for 10 as stated in advertising. Overall good stay.. just did not meet expectations as listed in advertising.
