Beautiful Farmhouse North of Broken Bow! 74 private acres-Stocked Pond!

We cannot say enough about how amazing this property is. The peace and quite of the area makes this a must stay for anyone looking to get away from the noise and chaos of life. If we listened closely at night, we thought we could hear a car/road on occasion but it seemed rare.Everything that is described by the property owner is exactly what we found. The house is beautiful, clean, and well stocked with necessities. The kitchen is easy to use and has just about everything you could need for either making a sandwich or cooking a full meal. The bedrooms are comfortable and peaceful with ample space for multiple family members.The grounds though are what make this place what it is. We sat on the porch most of the day and enjoyed the beauty of the grounds and the animals who lived just a few feet away. We walked much of the property with no problems and enjoyed the peace of country life. The owner was a great communicator and very kind with all the information she shared. We had very few questions but the few we did have were answered immediately.We have been to multiple cabins and farms around Oklahoma but this one is by far the best we have stayed at. We already have plans to book this location again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend getaway!! I have been extremely busy and needed a break and my husband always takes May 30th to reflect and remember the day of his dad's passing. This was a perfect location for both of us to have a quiet, peaceful, calming, relaxing time. We explored the property, made friends with the animals, fished and fished and fished... then relaxed on the front porch and watched the sunsets. Never once turned the tv on the entire time we were there. We will most definitely be back and bring the kids next time (there goes the quiet - HA!!!). Lindsay was an excellent host, great communication and very responsive to our needs. Thank you for offering your beautiful ranch for others to enjoy!

This farmhouse cabin is by far one of the most beautiful and welcoming places I have ever stayed. The pictures of the outside do not do it justice! The inside is just as pictured on the site and brings you joy and comfort just being there! My navigation/GPS had issues, and the homeowner and the ranch foreman were so very kind to help me and my friend navigate to the wonderful house! If you are looking for some total relaxation, stay here and enjoy!!!

From the moment we drove onto the ranch, we felt a sense of peace. The property is secluded and private. The farmhouse is beautifully decorated and feels warm and cozy. Our favorite part was sitting on the long front porch in the swing and rocking chairs, watching the cattle feed in the pastures and viewing the surrounding mountain scenery. Lindsay is a wonderful host who is thoughtful, caring, and attentive to every detail. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return!

This farmhouse is nothing short of perfect. I love that it’s outside the crazy Hochatown area but close enough to head in for the safari or lunch. It’s perfectly situated on the land near the pond and roaming farm animals. It’s decorated so sweetly and super comfy throughout. The host was amazing with communication and local recommendations! Our son loved the pond and caught many fish during our stay. We can’t wait to make another trip back and stay at the farmhouse again!
