Brick Bliss on Broadreach

This property was clean and very spacious. We had some trouble with the door code at check in but it was immediately resolved by reaching out to the rental contact. We had no other issues at the property. I do have two suggestions, the back gate was not closed properly when we arrived (a hazard for those bringing pets, the lock needs to be repaired) and it seemed a few of the kitchen items were in need of replacement (cookie sheets and some utensils). The backyard area is great for a dog (after we lashed the gate closed) and nice to hang out in. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet (we took our dog for a walk through several times). The beds are comfortable and the showers are nice and hot. Overall we had a great stay - in fact we plan on booking this property again next time as we have now have family in the area to visit. We appreciate the host's attention to detail - we had a great time.

Great host, great communication, very nice home away from home while we were in Lexington for our group!

The house was perfect! Our stay was during Christmas and we didn’t spend too much time there except to cook some of Christmas dinner in the kitchen and sleep. Neighborhood was nice and quiet too.

Location and house size/layout were great. However, we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. The house is very tired and needs some deep cleaning and attention. There is a significant animal odor. All of the carpets are stained in multiple places, tile in bathrooms and kitchen are dirty. The bathroom shower curtain rod was completely rusted. Kitchen pans were peeling so we did not feel comfortable using. Lightbulbs out in multiple places. Minimal kitchen utensils. We also found a sock in the main bed sheets. One positive there were plenty of coffee cups!

Very clean home with stocked kitchen items and plenty of linens. Spacious inside and outside. Great communication with the host before/during/after to attend to any needs (none required, but they were checking in). Easy in/out. Very nice upscale neighborhood.
