Over the last 15 years we have rent a lot of apartments but no one with this level of noises. A sewage pipe from the flats in the house above runs along the ceiling of the flat and is virtually uninsulated. Every time someone go to the toilet in the flats above, the water splashes through the pipe with a noise that makes you think it's splashing on your head. You can also hear if everyone takes a shower in the flats above. Furthermore, the pumping of the condensation water from the system of of the air condition is so loud that your ears almost fall off when it is running. Conclusion, the stay in this flat was not relaxing.

Loved this place! Clean, great location. Lots choices to eat and good public transportation. Spacious and beautiful. Excellent communication with Host. We will stay here again.
