Walk to Windsor Castle from a Charming Period Townhouse

Ideal location right in town with a view of rooftops, Windsor castle and the countryside beyond. Very comfortable beds and large common area - perfect for a family or group.

So amazing!! Every detail was considered! Such fabulous directions and an amazing location. I felt like we were part of the castle we were so close. The views from the windows were like a fairytale. Close distance to walk to all the top sites. Outstanding in every way!!!

The property is in a perfect location for castle and shops/ restaurant's. Parking is £24 per day in nearest car park. In my opinion the property is need of a good clean. When we arrived there was crumbs under table, sink was dirty, kettle needed descending, toaster was full of crumbs, stair carpet needs cleaning and top floor shower is mouldy. This makes the property sound bad, it’s not, just needs cleaning properly.

Listing showed a dryer. But fine print indicated only a washer and a drying air rack.

We stayed with family including our 5-year old son. The property is literally within touching of Windsor Castle in a wonderful cobbled back street. The immediate area is full on bars, cafes and restaurants and Legoland is only 15 mins away. The rooms are well decorated and very clean - it was the perfect location for our mini-break and Tim the host kept us updated in the build-up to the trip.
