West End Paradise Unit Coral 4 - One bedroom efficiency suite

Property manager was very responsive to a couple of situations that came up. Property was clean and well equipped and a great location. It was a great visit. We would stay again

This would’ve been an absolutely perfect visit, but there were 3 issues that were quite significant: check-in, unit temperature, and TV Wi-Fi. But first, the good stuff! Location, location, location! We were a short bike ride away from the nature preserve, animal rehab facility, shell museum and aquarium, and popular beaches. There was also an amazing beach access at the end of the street. The unit was pristine and efficiently thought out to maximize space. We also greatly appreciated the rental credit which essentially paid for our rental bikes. The not so great…When we arrived after driving all day, we could not access the unit. We were grateful that, even though it was after hours, the property manager picked up very quickly, and after 10 minutes of troubleshooting, finally helped us access the key box. When we got into the unit, the room was unbearably hot. The thermostat read 72 and the instructions said we could not go down any further due to limitations on the system. We finally had to call the property manager the next day and it turned out they were reading 74 so they adjusted it which we greatly appreciated. Finally, we were eager to take advantage of the full array of stations on the TV but the Wi-Fi was so spotty, shows would freeze every few minutes. We finally gave up and logged into our own Netflix account. We would love to come back to this property again!

The unit was clean and comfortable. It was small as expected. We loved acess to a nearby beach. Quiet street. Everything we needed was provided.

Lots of storage. Every surface clean and fresh. Staff quick to answer all our requests. Included parking pass and beach equipment rental very helpful.
