We had a large group in for a family event and it was a great place to stay. Kids loved the basketball game, fooseball and other games. Spotless.

This house was very well suited for our purposes. It was centrally located in AZ so we could travel to see places like Sedona, Tucson, etc. The hosts generously allowed us to have our dog and 2 cats with us, and that was very much appreciated. It's in a residential area, so was quiet, but had good access to shopping and pet care. Attractions in Phoenix were also within a convenient distance (esp. if timed to avoid Phoenix traffic jams). The house had 5 bedrooms which we found useful for family visits. Communications with the hosts were excellent. All-in-all, we had a great time and would recommend the property.
