Conveniently located. Super easy check in (Just drive up to the guard shack and give them the condo number). Short walk to the pool. Great communication with host. They even offered us extra time at no charge since it was available. We'll stay here again when we go back to Edisto.

Loved the location - the Wyndham resort area is great, & the condo is so convenient to the nearest beach access. The condo was spotless, we enjoyed the pond outside the balcony with turtles, & we loved the new 75” TV! Really enjoyed the bike trails. The owner was wonderful with commmnication.

Had a great time getting away. Property is an older condo best suited for a single traveler or smaller groups. Property was very clean with all conveniences available. This is a condo environment, so you will know when your neighbors come and go - and there may be an upset pet in another unit from time to time. However, all was quiet at night. The resort maintenance folks did make periodic trips through the complex checking on various things. So, the resort is actively maintained and monitored. Parking was good. I traveled with a double-cab truck which has a full length bed and a hitch receiver bike rack (in other words I had fairly long vehicle to maneuver). I had no problems getting my setup into and out of the parking area, and others had no trouble backing out and avoiding me.

Comfortable one bedroom condo with a view of the golf course, turtles (bunches of them in the pond), a kingfisher, and elegant egret out the front patio door. The area was fairly quiet and other guests were friendly. The location is great for biking around the area as well as Edisto beach. The host gets 5 stars for communication, responding to queries and bending over backwards to be helpful. We hope to book the space again in the future.

We had a great stay. The communication with the owner was easy from start to finish and we even got a great recommendation for an afternoon trip to Botany Bay. It was easy bike access to everything. Take heed of the reviews of the signs from the above tenants. It didn’t bother us and the vacationers weren’t rowdy when we were there but you can definitely hear their footsteps being a lower level condo. Nonetheless, it didn’t affect our stay at all. We enjoyed the time to relax and enjoy a not so busy beach during a busy beach season. We’d come back again.

This was our second time staying at this condo. We were in town for the Edisto Road Race. It was a wonderful weekend. The condo is perfect for a small family. Love how close it is to the resort amenities. Our kids love the park! Condo is clean and well taken care of. Will definitely stay again in the future.

This property was just as pictured with no unexpected surprises. It is located next to a pond adjacent to the golf course which was great to see the deer in the morning and evening along with the birds and turtles. The pool and putt putt area with playground are just around the corner. Please note along with linens and toiletries you also need to bring your paper products. The property is very safe and quiet. While we heard the folks upstairs, they were not up earlier or later than we were. This is an older cozy condo which has been maintained and was very clean. The king bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals.

This was our third time staying at this property. It has been great every time. Kimber is great to work with and is always quick to respond. The condo is perfect for a small family and has everything you need. My kids love the proximity to the park and the amenities. We frequent Edisto throughout the year and will continue to look at this property for our smaller family getaways.

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect spot for us to celebrate New Years at our favorite place (Edisto beach). The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed watching football on the super large TV! Kids loved being so close to the park and all the resort amenities. Kimber was a great host and kept us up to date on everything leading up to and throughout our trip. We are already planning on coming back for New Years again next year.

The condo is beautiful, and very comfortable.I enjoyed watching the turtles swimming in the pond just below the patio deck.It's just a short drive to anywhere on the island, and by saving money on the condo, I was able to afford to eat out more with my kids (go to Whaley's and Sea Cow for great seafood) and to get an annual pass for the state park beach.The kitchen had everything we needed for me to make a few meals for the kids, and the counter/bar stools are cool looking. (There's also a nice meal table right next to the kitchen.)It was very clean, and the owner is very nice and wanted to make sure that everything was great for our trip.I would highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed this peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. From the deck, our view was a pond and golf course. My husband watched families of turtles navigate the pond and in the evening deer grazing it was delightful. The beach was less than a mile and we never had any parking issues. Our condo met our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great communication with the owner! All the appliances worked well. The king bed was comfy. Loved the 75” TV!! The heat pump was very loud next to the bedroom window. But it really kept the place so nice and warm! I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great spot for a weekend getaway. The condo was way more spacious than expected and a quick drive to the beach. It was plenty comfortable for my family of four. The host was very easy to communicate with and very hospitable. We will definitely stay again.

The most gracious hosts .. Definitely 5⭐️ hosts. Unit was just as described in listing. Very clean and perfect for a couple. King sized bed was very comfortable . The deck is right on the golf course and pond. We would not hesitate to book again.

This is our second time staying at this property and we have thoroughly enjoyed both of our visits! Great communication with the owner. It is very clean and has every thing we needed for our long weekend. Would definitely rent again.

We stayed here for a short anniversary weeknd. Everything about the condo was perfect! The 75inch tv was awesome! Communication with the owner was perfect, never had to wait long for a response and she checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was going good. We will definitely book this condo again next year!
We stayed here for a short anniversary weeknd. Everything about the condo was perfect! The 75inch tv was awesome! Communication with the owner was perfect, never had to wait long for a response and she checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was going good. We will definitely book this condo again next year!

We enjoyed this peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. From the deck, our view was a pond and golf course. My husband watched families of turtles navigate the pond and in the evening deer grazing it was delightful. The beach was less than a mile and we never had any parking issues. Our condo met our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Conveniently located. Super easy check in (Just drive up to the guard shack and give them the condo number). Short walk to the pool. Great communication with host. They even offered us extra time at no charge since it was available. We'll stay here again when we go back to Edisto.

Loved the location - the Wyndham resort area is great, & the condo is so convenient to the nearest beach access. The condo was spotless, we enjoyed the pond outside the balcony with turtles, & we loved the new 75” TV! Really enjoyed the bike trails. The owner was wonderful with commmnication.

2 day trip to visit family. Condo was clean, decorated nicely, and great location. The host was pleasant and thoughtful. Pond outside was filled with turtles. Lovely view. I would book this condo again.

This was a great spot for a weekend getaway. The condo was way more spacious than expected and a quick drive to the beach. It was plenty comfortable for my family of four. The host was very easy to communicate with and very hospitable. We will definitely stay again.

We wanted a mini vacation after Thanksgiving so we booked this lovely little place on the golf course. It was very nice! Great view of the course and the creek. Great location too! Perfect for the 2 of us!

Comfortable one bedroom condo with a view of the golf course, turtles (bunches of them in the pond), a kingfisher, and elegant egret out the front patio door. The area was fairly quiet and other guests were friendly. The location is great for biking around the area as well as Edisto beach. The host gets 5 stars for communication, responding to queries and bending over backwards to be helpful. We hope to book the space again in the future.

The condo is beautiful, and very comfortable.I enjoyed watching the turtles swimming in the pond just below the patio deck.It's just a short drive to anywhere on the island, and by saving money on the condo, I was able to afford to eat out more with my kids (go to Whaley's and Sea Cow for great seafood) and to get an annual pass for the state park beach.The kitchen had everything we needed for me to make a few meals for the kids, and the counter/bar stools are cool looking. (There's also a nice meal table right next to the kitchen.)It was very clean, and the owner is very nice and wanted to make sure that everything was great for our trip.I would highly recommend this place.

We chose this VRBO based on the high ratings. We wanted a place that was close to the beach, clean, and well reviewed. Our goal was to be there only to sleep in as we wanted to be out and about exploring or at the beach for a good part of the day. We found Kimber, the host, to be very friendly and responsive. This place is close to the beach as described in it’s posting. A short drive and we found ourselves at the beautiful Edisto Beach where we often sat and watched the sunset. It is well worth it! The security guards at the checkpoint are very nice and we had no issues driving in or out of the resort. The condo is older. It reminds me of going to grandma‘s house, which provided for a relaxed setting. Unlike a place that is furnished in the latest decor and makes you feel like you can’t prop your feet up, this place has older decor and is a place where you can kick back and get comfortable. The bathroom was small, but manageable, the bedroom is small, but suited our purposes just fine. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of plates and silverware. Nothing fancy, but everything functional. The living room has a beautiful fireplace and though we didn’t use it, it was pretty to look at. The porch looks out over some green space which is nice like I said, we stayed at the VRBO just enough to crash at night and have breakfast and then leave every morning. Our time there was pleasant though. I’d recommend it for a clean and comfortable place to stay.
