Wunderschönes Haus mit riesigem Salzwasser-POOL & SPA

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house, a great and very safe location central to our nephew's wedding and to all the conveniences of South Tampa. The house was an ideal rental for our 5 adults on a week stay. It is fully stocked although it needs some rental improvements such as more TVs in the bedrooms, a remote garage door opener, more box fans in each room, and some mattress and bedroom furniture improvements. The manager Rhonda was extremely helpful and communicative before during and after...overall a strong choice to stay in that area with some need for improvements.

This was a beautiful home and great for a family of 9. Plenty of room and home was equipped with all the amenities you need for a stay. Will be back.

Very clean and spacious house but check out is earlier than most properties. There are a lot of additional expenses to use amenities like the hot tub. I tried contacting the property manager to see if we could stay an additional hour since our flight was delayed and got no answer and cleaning company was there right at 10am

The house was spacious and worked perfectly for our family in town for my son's wedding. It is perfectly located in a nice part of Tampa near Bayshore Blvd. We found the house well appointed, very neat and comfortable.

The home itself was good but the beds were super uncomfortable. It says that there is a queen in the master but it is a full. I am a short term rental owner as well. The bedrooms are large and should have bigger beds with more comfortable mattresses. We were super disappointed with the comfort level. The pool was not clean when we arrived but the host jumped right on it to get someone out there. There are a ton of leaves this time of year so I get it, but there should be a net over the pool when not in use. We ended up not using it unfortunately.The master bedroom shower was amazing! Also , not sure what is going on with the house next door but that was a major turnoff. I would be calling the building code depart at the county to force the owner to clean it up and remove the abandoned cars.
