The location is great. Orange line metro is 5 minutes walk. Variety of restaurants near by. The accommodation is excellent. The only caution , as several had mentioned, if you park your car in the back, it is best you first stop by the front entrance and unload your luggage and bring them in through front door. The entrance from the back requires walking up a narrow spiral staircase and will be super challenge. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Vlad place was an excellent stay. Our family ranged from seniors to young kids and all had a blast. The location can’t be beat and having a parking spot was key for us!

We had two couple and a friend unexpectedly also joined us. Great, convenient location as a home base for exploring Old Montreal and Old Port each day. There are also local services in the neighborhood which was quaint and relatively busy on Rue St. Denis. We would stay again but some stairs to navigate would be tricky for those with any mobility issues…

Amazing location. Ad pictures are accurate, the space is absolutely lovely. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Back spiral stairs are a little stressful to climb. Park out front to load and unload, as the front stairs are easier to climb.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent part of the city. Close to everything. Our family walked everywhere to eat, shop, and sightsee. We drove in from our vacation spot in Niagara Falls do to a mishap with our train, but a car is not necessary in this area. The parking space provided is great in a city where parking is tight. The front stairs are steep and the winding staircase in the back is tight. We were able to get our bags in and out using the back stairs, but going through the front would be ideal with luggage. The apartment is very clean, well decorated, and well furnished. The beds were comfortable. Our kids loved the chocolates left in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Vlad was very quick to respond to questions we had. The rental was very clean and we had great water pressure in the showers. Great location! And having a parking lot across the street ($15/day) was easy in and out access. The stairs were challenging for this group of seniors but we managed. Enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 4 stayed here and it was perfect! Awesome neighborhood to stroll around in, with endless food options. There is a nice little grocery store a 10 min walk away on Rue Roy. It was really convenient to have a parking spot to stash our car. Very clean and well designed!

This VRBO was fantastic! It was super central and within walking distance to all the fantastic spots in the city. We were able to navigate to the parking lot behind the building and walked everywhere we wanted to in Montreal. The VRBO itself was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Our stay included 4 adults who travel often and we were super impressed and felt like it was a amazing find. It was pretty quiet, had plenty of space to lounge, as well as enough seating to have a meal comfortably. Any questions I had for the host before and during our arrival/stay were answered quick and timely and the check in process was easy. The staircase in the back is a little narrow but that is the style of these buildings and we managed to get all of our suitcases up the stairs without issue and on checkout day we decided to go down the wider front stairs and pull the car to the front. If we were to visit Montreal again, we would absolutely return to this VRBO.

The host was very responsive. We needed 3 bedrooms and it was a perfect fit. Suggest you park the car once and rely on walking or transit to get around (very easy vs. finding parking in the city). There are stairs and follow suggestions to carry luggage up through the front vs. the back spiral staircase. Thanks again for a great stay!

Everything was great. Very clean, modern space in a great location. Host was available and quick to respond. The only draw back, the stairs from the parking spot to access the apt is a steep winding staircase so if you have any ambulatory issues you would have a problem. The front entrance has stairs but are not bad. We had a young person with us who carried our bags up but I would suggest you use the front entrance to load and unload your stuff. Once you figure out the layout it's very easy. I would rent this again.

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location for exploring Montreal. The rooms were clean and well appointed with great living space, comfortable beds and balconies off two of the bedrooms. The host responded promptly to all queries. The only downside was a loud TV in a neighbour’s apartment heard into the early hours each night from one of the bedrooms. Overall excellent apartment on all fronts. (1) great location (great restaurants and bakeries nearby), not far from McGill and downtown. (2)free parking was a very convenient, (3) host was responsive, (4) rooms and bathrooms - clean and fresh. We were a family of two adults and two kids (12 and 16 and it was a perfect fit for us.

This condo was very clean and felt like a home away from home. The beds are extremely comfortable and the host is helpful and quick to respond. We had a wonderful stay in Montreal! The condo was lovely, extremely clean and well-appointed, with plenty of space for our family. With our son and daughter joining us, everyone had their own room, which made it even more comfortable. The location was perfect, safe, walkable, and right across from a park that led to the vibrant Mural Street Festival. There were plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance.Day 2, we took a quick 15-minute Uber ride to the Biodome (a must-do!), the Olympic Stadium, and the beautiful Botanical Gardens. Day 3 was just as easy, we walked five minutes around the corner to the train station and took the orange line to explore the stunning Notre-Dame Basilica and Old Montreal. We couldn’t have picked a better location or place to stay. Highly recommend!

This apartment is just as advertised! Great location and great accommodations. 4 senior adults enjoyed 5 days in lovely Montreal. Vlad is very accommodating and a great host! There are some steep stairs as there are in most apartments in Montreal but we managed. This wouldn't work for someone with serious mobility issues. Very clean and well stocked.

The property was ideal for a 3 night stay as part of a fly drive vacation. The inside of the apartment has been renovated to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean. Every facility you could ask for was there. The only slight improvement we could suggest is more drawer space in the bedrooms.

Nice modern decor, comfortable spacious layout. Location and parking a huge plus. Balcony off the front of the apartment is adorable and the owner was available and accommodating. For us, some additional cooking utensils would have been helpful. Tissues, written directions for for towels and trash, maps and metro information and a chair/stand in the balcony bedroom were some other differences compared to our VRBO stays. If mobility is an issue then the stairs at this apartment would present a problem. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would go again knowing that we would just need to bring additional supplies.

Stayed here for 2 nights with 5 others and the place was clean and in a great location. Vlad was fast to respond and everything went as planned! We enjoyed the balcony at the back to enjoy our morning coffee.

Host is super responsive . Apartment is immaculate and clean, stocked with all the necessary’s for a short 4 day stay. 5 minute walk to Sherbrooke metro and a mini market . Lots of eateries within walking distance. Enjoyed several nights enjoying red wine on one of the 2 terraces overlooking rue st. denis and people watching . Feeling relaxed

This flat is very comfortable, three nice bedrooms, and a great living space. Two nice decks to enjoy the sun. It’s very conveniently located near Sherbrooke metro station. Great Mexican restaurant across the street, Manhana. Comfortable for a family get away in the Plateau area. We had everything we needed. Vlad was very responsive to any questions. I would definitely stay here in future.

This condo is as listed and the pictures are extremely accurate. The unit was very clean, spacious, and vibrant and had everything that my family needed and more. The downtown location is very convenient and Vlad is great host who is easy to reach if you have and questions or need anything.

Check-in was easy, the apartment was clean, nice layout for the three of us, and the sitting area was comfortable. We were able to have a relaxing evening chatting away about our daytime events.We did a lot of walking from one point to another, which was perfect for us. The only time we used taxi service was our return from the IGA Stadium, we walked to the Stadium in the morning. Grocery stores were close by and we found a very nice Italian Restaurant a couple of blocks away.The only suggestion we would make is to have a notebook that identifies grocery stores and restaurants close by.Had a nice time and appreciated Vlad making sure we had every thing we needed.Especially liked the cleaning up process before we left, there was no responsibility for us like taking the sheets off the bed. Straightened up and we were able to leave on time to catch our flight.

This was a great homebase for a long weekend of sightseeing in Montreal. Centrally located and well appointed, the condo was perfect for our needs. We especially loved the terrace. The host was easy to reach and accommodating, even letting us drop off our bags before checkin. Would highly recommend, thanks for a great stay!
This was a great homebase for a long weekend of sightseeing in Montreal. Centrally located and well appointed, the condo was perfect for our needs. We especially loved the terrace. The host was easy to reach and accommodating, even letting us drop off our bags before checkin. Would highly recommend, thanks for a great stay!

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location for exploring Montreal. The rooms were clean and well appointed with great living space, comfortable beds and balconies off two of the bedrooms. The host responded promptly to all queries. The only downside was a loud TV in a neighbour’s apartment heard into the early hours each night from one of the bedrooms. Other than that I’d recommend this as a fantastic place to stay in a central location in Montreal. It is walking distance from the old town and old port and only 5 mins walk from the nearest metro

This condo was very clean and felt like a home away from home. The beds are extremely comfortable and the host is helpful and quick to respond. Everything you may need is available and the property is accurate to the pictures. We could walk easily to many locations or take a quick uber ride when needed! Highly recommend this as a stay when in Montreal! People with mobility concerns may find the stairs are steep

Rue St. Denis had everything- close to restaurants, shops, & steps from the metro to take us to the Old City sights. 3 bedrooms is key with 2 young adult children. Plenty of space for us all. We really enjoyed this spacious, well appointed home and would highly recommend it. Great location, lots of extra touches - coffee, chocolates, tea, etc. A minor housekeeping issue was easily addressed by the host in a timely manner. One of the nicest places on VRBO, in my experience.

The apartment provided a wonderful home base for exploring the Plateau neighborhood and the Sherbrooke Métro station was just a few minutes walk to get to everything else in Montréal. Everything about the apartment was wonderful and it feels even larger than it appears in the pictures. Vlad was super responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Montréal! One note: As stated elsewhere, the back steps are quaint, but a slight challenge to getting suitcases into and out of the flat (though I can attest…it can be done). If arriving by car - and if possible - a better bet is to pull into the little automobile indent (adjacent to the bike lane) on Rue St. Denis and drop suitcases off there before parking in back.

The property was lovely. Modern style while still being very homey and comfortable. Great amenities. Located in the Plateau area of Montreal you get a good feel for the neighborhood and are close to all of the things that Montreal has to offer. The unit is a 5 minute walk to a Metro station so the city is readily accessible to you but the immediate vicinity has many restaurants and shops too. We would recommend it and would return in the future without hesitation.

Location was pretty good. Mickey Mouse was on the front door to greet us. Towels were stored wet and had to be washed/dried again before using. Parking was a wee bit difficult to locate. Staircase from parking was a skinny, steep spiral and not good for getting luggage into the room. Parking in front for easier loading and unloading was not described and was minimal...and occupied. The other option was to walk around the block with luggage to get to the front door. Bathroom door handle was broken but could still get out of the bathroom.

We wanted this area of Montreal, and it was the perfect location. Our whole family went: 2 parents with 3 sons in their 20s. We were a couple of minutes from the street festival which had great food, clothes, jewelry, thrifting stores, music etc. We were also fairly close to the big dance clubs, but also smaller bars with music. We were a twenty minute walk to our food tour and a forty minute walk to Old Montreal. We were in easy walking distance to Mt. Royal. The place was just like the pictures, which is so rare. It was really clean and cute! We loved the balconies, especially the front one. When we came in and we were too tired to go back out, but wanted to be outside, we hung out on the front balcony and watched all the hustle and bustle of Montreal. Our host was probably the best host we have had. I had a bunch of questions, and he answered quickly and with all the information we wanted. He was super friendly as well and just had a great vibe...which really sets the tone for the trip. We love Montreal in general. This was our second time here in about a year and we will be back.
