Contemporary Cottage in the heart of Mandeville

Host was extremely neglectful in communicating about the stay. I had the stay booked 6 months in advance for a 30 day stay while I was in town working, and he cancelled the entire trip at 1 in the morning on the date of check in. He did not give any explanation as to why or even so much as apologize for the incredible disrespect.

It was a nice, quiet, and relaxing stay. I really appreciated the quick communication , everything was perfect!

Enjoyed my stay! Perfect location for everything in Mandeville/Covington area. Only had one issue, but I’ll just let the owner know so they are aware.

I absolutely loved the cottage! I was his first rental I believe and there were some items needed initially. Maurice was perfect in that he responded promptly and quickly obtained what was needed. The cottage itself looks just like the pictures. It was peaceful and I really enjoyed sitting in the swing after work and relaxing; hopefully he'll add another so 2 can enjoy. There's even a firepit to relax in front of. I think it's pet friendly and it's perfect for your fur baby as there is a fenced side yard! I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed it and how great a host Maurice was. I hope to stay there again!
