Great location. House very comfortable, Three full bedrooms and two full baths. Kitchen well equipped . Linens and towels great and plenty of them. Lots of tv's Quiet neighborhood We had a great time with extended adult family. Would rent again.

My family of four, as well as my sister and brother-in-law stayed at the house for 3 days while we visited Seattle. It was nice having separate bedrooms for all of us. The kids enjoyed playing the piano a bit and the stash of kids books/games! The kitchen cabinets are a bit dated but it wasn't a big deal.

Wonderful stay! It was immaculately clean and incredibly well-stocked—they truly thought of everything. The kitchen had all the tools we needed, and the house was full of thoughtful extras like books, games, cozy blankets, fans, and A/C units in every room. Our daughter was thrilled to discover the Thomas the Train plush toys!The house itself was much bigger than we expected, which gave our daughter lots of freedom to play and explore. The location felt safe, and just a 15-20 minute drive from Pike Place Market and downtown. We spent most of our time exploring the Ballard area, enjoying the shops, cafés, and restaurants on Ballard Ave and Market St. We also visited Discovery Park and spent time at the Carkeek Park beach, which is a fun spot if you like trains.One heads-up: we found some thorns in the grass in the backyard, likely from nearby bushes, so we’d recommend wearing shoes outside. Also, since the house is right next to a playground and basketball court, you can hear kids playing in them morning and during the day from the bedrooms. We had a great stay at this property. It was comfortable and very well appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen especially was terrific, with plenty of dishes, flatware, cookware etc. I needed to contact the host once during our trip and she answered promptly. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

Next to park playground for young kids and big backyard. We had three families with children visit the five of us at the house for a half day and the backyard and adjoining park made for a great family gathering for parents and young children with plenty of room outside with ample lawn chairs.

The property was fantastic with a lot of charm. It was well furnished and very comfortable for our long weekend stay in Seattle. The kitchen was well furnished and had all we needed to cook and make the stay very pleasant. It’s Seattle in the fall so we did not get to enjoy the back yard as much as we would have liked but it was a large backyard that would have been great for dinners or a glass of wine. Thanks for sharing your property with our family.

Unassuming on the outside but very nice on the inside. Well furnished and maintained. Ballard location was a nice quiet neighborhood out of main traffic routes but conveniently near some good choices for restaurants, grocery shopping and an excellent Danish bakery.

We felt very at home for the week- a chance to be in Ballard with our son and his family. His brother and his family joined us with their two girls and we were able to enjoy activities over Thanksgiving together with ease. Our son’s house was just a few minutes walk away. 👍 The home was ideal for us, nicely presented, very comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you!

Property has a lot to do for kids, assortment of games great home layout, next to a few parks and minimal traffic to city center but outside of the bustle. Very walkable neighborhood. There were a few issues with the property but the hostess was easy to get in touch with and fixed things immediately. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful stay! It was immaculately clean and incredibly well-stocked—they truly thought of everything. The kitchen had all the tools we needed, and the house was full of thoughtful extras like books, games, cozy blankets, fans, and A/C units in every room. Our daughter was thrilled to discover the Thomas the Train plush toys!The house itself was much bigger than we expected, which gave our daughter lots of freedom to play and explore. The location felt safe, and just a 15-20 minute drive from Pike Place Market and downtown. We spent most of our time exploring the Ballard area, enjoying the shops, cafés, and restaurants on Ballard Ave and Market St. We also visited Discovery Park and spent time at the Carkeek Park beach, which is a fun spot if you like trains.One heads-up: we found some thorns in the grass in the backyard, likely from nearby bushes, so we’d recommend wearing shoes outside. Also, since the house is right next to a playground and basketball court, you can hear kids playing in them morning and during the day from the bedrooms. This didn’t bother us at all—especially with a fan or the A/C running—and the playground turned out to be a huge bonus for our daughter, who loved the slides, swings, sandbox, and ride-on toys.We’d definitely recommend this place to families and would absolutely consider staying here again!

Unassuming on the outside but very nice on the inside. Well furnished and maintained. Ballard location was a nice quiet neighborhood out of main traffic routes but conveniently near some good choices for restaurants, grocery shopping and an excellent Danish bakery.

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation weekend 6/13/26 and all was as expected. Charming mid-century house in the lovely Ballard area. Convenient to the locks and golden gardens park. The drive to UW campus was long so not the most convenient location for that but we made it work. Hard to get anywhere in Seattle on a busy summer weekend in under 30 minutes.

The property was fantastic with a lot of charm. It was well furnished and very comfortable for our long weekend stay in Seattle. The kitchen was well furnished and had all we needed to cook and make the stay very pleasant. It’s Seattle in the fall so we did not get to enjoy the back yard as much as we would have liked but it was a large backyard that would have been great for dinners or a glass of wine. Thanks for sharing your property with our family.
