Wonderful place to stay with stunning views. Had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable few nights stay. The amazing private beach is just a few minutes drive away. We were lucky to see kangaroos, goannas, dolphins and the biggest highlight, koalas.

We had a fantastic stay at Kangaroo Gully Retreat. We loved the remoteness and privacy of this property, and the views are amazing. It was wonderful to see all the wild animals on the property too (koalas, kangaroos, eagles). Access to the private beach was great, but you will need a 4WD/AWD SUV to get down. Mobile reception was mostly good, but the Starlink provided in the house was excellent. Will, Leena and Nick were all very helpful and only an SMS away. If you're looking for a quiet, secluded escape on Kanagroo Island you should definitely consider a stay here.

The views out the windows of the living space are stunning. We loved staying here. It was also perfectly located to explore Flinders Chase National Park.
