Luxury Penthouse Loft - Heart of Fulton Market

The unit had numerous burned out lights throughout. The refrigerator was full of other occupants' food. It made it hard to find room for ours. The oven had food stuck to the bottom. The bathrooms had broken sink drains and the main bathroom needed the shower head repaired before it was usable. The floors were dirty throughout, to the point that barefoot walking wasn't advisable without getting your feet dirty. The WiFi QR code caused a virus when scanned. The place overall was a beautiful place to stay. In order for me to stay again, I would need a thorough inspection done first. It was not worth the price I paid.

We had such a wonderful stay! The space itself was beautiful with high ceilings that made everything feel open and airy. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made cooking and hanging in super easy and enjoyable. We slept wonderfully — the beds were incredibly comfortable. Overall, the space was great and made for a perfect stay. Would absolutely come back!

This penthouse is the perfect location if you want to be located to get to any of the Chicago attractions. We walked to millennium Park a 2-mile walk flat. Easy walk. Got to see lots of things on the way. We took the train to Wrigley Park the station right down from the penthouse. We took the bus to the Navy Pier for the night fireworks again an easy location to get the bus from the penthouse. Just perfect anyway with the location. The penthouse is great and set up perfectly for a large group. There were sixteen of us and everything was great. Did do a lot of cooking and the kitchen needed a couple more bowls for cooking but other than that pretty well equipped kitchen. Only complaint I had was that we had trouble with three of the sinks that water was very slow or would not go down. I contacted the maintenance people the first day we were there. Never heard back from them. I highly recommend this penthouse. The view from the window of the skyline was also a big plus. The only other issue is parking. If you have a SUV, it is very difficult to get into the provided parking place and on day we arrived there was a truck that was blocking our way into the parking area. We never used the parking place after that. Street parking is okay at certain times but we did have difficulty when we first got there on a Thursday evening to find parking places. The weekend. It was easy. We would stay here again.

Plenty of room for our large family group and great access to public transportation.

Awesome location an easy walk to all the Fulton Market / Randolph restaurants, bars and shopping. Great mix of bedrooms and beds for a large group. Clean and safe.
