Penthouse Corner 3BR in Streeterville | Roof Deck

There was a broken blind in the living room. The bottom of the frig was not clean. The corners of the bathroom were not clean. A toilet was clacked on the interior. Overall, cleanliness was my main concern. Carpeted area could be cleaner in bedroom.

Perfect stay in Streeterville and walkable to everything we needed!

The location of this apartment deserves 5 stars but the apartment itself … maybe 20 years ago I would have given it 5 stars … needs serious updating, new carpet as the carpet had multiple stains and the wear and tear was very visible just overall . Bathrooms are a bit dingy and super short showers . If you’re 5’9” or over, plan on a hand held shower because the shower heads are super low . Beautiful big windows with malfunctioning poor quality blinds that are actually broken in some sections which is too bad as they take away from the views as you can’t help but notice them . Definitely recommend adding some blackout curtains as for any sensitive to light sleeper , it may be hard to sleep in the master bedroom as the sun rises right on you pretty early ( 5:21am currently) and there is no way to make the room darker . We are early risers so we were ok with that but if you’re not, this is not the place for you. The positive is that the location itself is very convenient , close enough to Michigan avenue and close enough to the water front . Lovely rooftop terrace and very convenient little cafe on the first floor of the building .

The Penthouse was perfect for our trip to Chicago!!!! Six of us had plenty of room to enjoy being together and feel like city girls looking out over the lake and the Gold Coast. Great location to take advantage of all Chicago has to offer. Having the coffee shop downstairs a great amenity to make mornings easy. Would come back to stay again and again.
