Cozy 3BR Home with Pool & Spa - 9 Mi to LV Strip!

This is a small, efficient 3BR home that has been remodeled in a quiet, residential neighborhood. There is a small pool and jacuzzi and there is weekly pool service. Someone takes out the trash, although they did not get our recycle to put out. I was able to get it out before pick up. The cans are in a separate gated area so if there is a dog or a child in the backyard they will not get out. Everything works and the AC is easy to set, although it adjusts to a higher temp during the day. There is some cookware and some basic spices, a kitchen towel but no hot pads. The surface light over the stove is out. The laundry room light was out but I was able to replace that bulb. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, soap, TP, etc. Like many VRBOs, there's no dressers and the nightstands don't hold many socks. Access was easy and the location was convenient for what we were doing. Parking is available in the garage, in the driveway and street parking was available if we would have needed it. We would stay again.

The host was fantastic. Communicates very well, very understanding. Check-in was seamless and easy. The pool was really nice. The outside space was really nice. We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and we will be staying again.

The ac would always turn up to 70 at night after we would set it. Not sure why. Everything else was pretty good

I wasn't super happy about having to sign a separate contract as that isn't my typical vrbo experience. But Fernway was responsive to issues when they came up. Location is near the interstate to make commutes easy. All in all a good stay and we would stay again.
